I hope that Cruz does well also. If Trump and Cruz can combine for over 50% of the vote (including Carson) then that will be a kick in the stomach for the GOPe. It will basically box them out.

I'm a little jittery tonight, all these months of debating and arguing about who will win in Iowa and we will begin to know in just an hour or so. I just put on Handel's "Water Music" to calm me down a little and I'm going to open a bottle of dark, red wine.

I ask this in all honesty reaching 40 I find myself more confident in my beliefs but I also can see that there is more to achieve before I start spouting leadership stuff on that type of scale.

Cruz will likely beat Huckabee’s numbers in 2008 of 40,000 by I’d say at least by 10 to 15k.

Sympathies... living in L.A. We left there for TN in 2010. I’d get physically ill approaching the 101/405 interchange.
