I find it interesting that this article in the Washington Times is about shootings in Arkansas. Were there no shootings in the DC area or neighboring Maryland? It’s not really a rhetorical question. I am curious as to why these shootings made their cut instead of others. Does this media outlet seek a national scope? Are they electronic only, now? Do they have an anti-gun (or anti-ethnic) bias?

Here is a perfect example of the policy investigating and catching criminals in a black on minority crime. They are protecting the minority community from black thugs.
