SIOUX CITY, Iowa -- Phil Robertson, the star of television's "Duck Dynasty," wanted to summon Donald Trump to the stage for a debate that Ted Cruz proposed here: by asking a crowd to blow into duck calls.

"Let's call old Donald .. and see if he will do the debate," the reality television star, clad in camouflage pants and a dark T-shirt, said as the bleat of duck calls rang out. "Men and women and children all blowing a duck call in unison."

Cruz had challenged Trump to a 'mano a mano' debate here after Trump decided not to attend Thursday's Fox News debate. Cruz talked up the confrontation all week.

No, Jim Robinson thinks Cruz is eligible.

The dupe, right?

I am quite away Jim believes Cruz is eligible, but your sentence
did not convey that.

“Jim Robinson’s favorite candidate is Ted Cruz. Are you implying that the founder of this site has been duped into believing that Cruz is eligible”

It should have read “Jim Robinson’s favorite candidate is Ted Cruz. Are you implying that the founder of this site has been duped into believing that Cruz is ineligible

LOL! I’ve gotten close to a few of those things before and that is definitely their attack charge.

No. Read the original sentence again, slowly. I meant what I wrote.

Your first two posts about Cruz not being eligible. Specifically, “You need to inform yourself.”

Well, people are free to think he is eligible, I believe it wasn’t the intent of our founders to open us to the possibility of a POTUS with divided loyalties - which have proven to be disasterous.

I actually was a Cruz supporter until I found out where he was born and then had to ask myself do I lower my standards to where Obama supporters were - that I totally objected to? And after doing my research on the issue I came up with other red flags.

You have to draw the line if you try to hold to principles.
