The Iowa secretary of State on Saturday rebuked Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz’s controversial use of a mailer to encourage turnout at the Feb. 1 caucuses.
“Today I was shown a piece of literature from the Cruz for President campaign that misrepresents the roll of my office, and worse, misrepresents Iowa election law,†Paul Pate said in a statement released by his office.

First he misrepresents his citizen status, and claims he didn’t know he was a Canadian citizen. He forgot?
He fails to file not one, bit TWO financial documents claiming he forgot.
Thats three strikes of dishonesty in my book. Deliberate misleading.
Now factor in misrepresentation of Iowa voting law and violation of privacy. Patterns are strongly emerging that show this candidate to be a wolf in sheeps clothing. All the worse because he, above other candidates, should be of impeccable character.

Dissent IS sin, more like. Over the last week, I’ve been told several times over that I have to support Cruz or God will condemn me to Hell.
And the sad thing is, I think they were serious.
This does not shock me a bit. Cruz is a fraud at the highest order.......phony is the biggest truth about Cruz. Mr. 1% to charity but acts like he is a Christian.....yeah right. Fraud.....fraud......fraud. I told everyone about this. This is just the beginning.......

And don’t forget he tweeted that Donald Trump used eminent domain to bulldose a widow’s house, which was very very misleading in my opinion.
Not only did it not happen, but Donald can’t initiate eminent domain. That took a government to do that. And Cruz didn’t mention that Donald offered twice what the house appraised for and more than the widow was able to sell it for later.
Cruz has more than enough question marks about his “conservatism” and honesty at this point. I never supported Cruz because Trump had him completely eclipsed on economic issues. But now I’m questioning whether Cruz is even an acceptable second choice.

Outrageous. If he wins the nomination say hello to President Sanders. This is not 1980 and a fake is not going to win the Republican Presidency. You would think they would have learned from Romney who was pretty fakey.
Cruz is toast. There was always something about him that didn’t feel right.
I’m not sure Trump will actually attempt to do what he says he’ll do either.
We all must be careful not to immediately jump on someone’s bandwagon after one appearance on Hannity.
This is why Cruz won’t win the general. People don’t like the righteousness.
