RUSH: This is unbelievable. Ladies and gentlemen, apparently the movie 13 Hours is being written about as a flop at the box office, and I'm being blamed for this. Cookie just sent the audio sound bite. This on KTTV Good Day LA in Los Angeles. The guest is the editor of Rotten Tomatoes, which... What is that? That's a rating website where people, individuals can rate movies and TV shows. The guy's name is Matt Atchity. He's the editor-in-chief. They talk about the movie 13 Hours, the Benghazi movie, and the KTTV Eyewitness News co-host Steve Edwards and the Rotten Tomatoes editor-in-chief have this exchange...
EDWARDS: The movie 13 Hours -- which filmmakers hoped would be like Sniper -- a lot of conservative radio station hosts, et cetera, were getting behind this movie. It didn't drive the box office?
ATCHITY: It didn't. Not really. It did okay, but not the way --
ARAKSYA KARAPETYAN: Sniper, yeah.
ATCHITY: -- Rush Limbaugh would have you believe, right?
EDWARDS: Uh-huh.
ATCHITY: Like, everybody wanted to turn this in to show what the Americans want to see and, you know, "Let's do a conservative movie."

RUSH: So this guy says 13 Hours... You might not have heard it because of the cross-talk. He said, "Rush Limbaugh would have you believe, right? Like, everybody wanted to turn this show into what the Americans wanted to see, and, you know, "Let's do a conservative movie." He's trying to say that I was one of the big promoters of the movie and I'm so out of touch. The American people don't care to go watch a "conservative" movie about Benghazi and this proves it. There's only one problem.
I haven't seen it, and I haven't said two words about it, one way or the other. I have not seen the movie. If you want to know the truth, Paramount... This is the weirdest thing; it's never happened before. Paramount offered a DVD closed-captioning screener. I have to have that, or I can't hear dialogue. A week later, it hadn't arrived. So we checked and we were told, "No, Paramount has withdrawn the offer.
"They don't want to send the DVD. They're worried about piracy and so forth." So I never got the DVD. I never saw this. I haven't said one word about it because I haven't seen it. Well, I may have commented on whatever other people have said. I have not seen this thing to review it, promote it, diddly-squat. If I had seen it and promoted and liked it, there might be a little different story out there. But I haven't seen it.

RUSH: I think that movie's on 3,000 screens now. 13 Hours, just got added to 528 theaters, but I'm just telling you: Had I seen it and liked it, they wouldn't be talking about it being a flop. I guarantee you that. There's a lesson to be learned here.

The progs must hate it that it shows how 0bama and hillary got the phone call and did nothing because it would expose their scheme to destabilize the middle east and eventually the world.
I think this has more to do with who gave the stand-down order, plus who’s idea was to blame a video.
It sucks 4 people died but the lying is incredible.
Rush’s DVD hearing impaired version was most likely pulled at the last minute because the movie had to be edited to address the Clinton’s concerns that the movie made HRC look bad. Just my opinion, of course.
Two things: If the movie is conservative and/or tells the truth about the Clintons, Obama, his Marxist regime, or Democrats in general, leftist “reviewers” automatically won’t like it.
The Left NEVER lets the truth get in the way of their views.

My only complaint was it didn’t show enough of the murder of the ambassador but concentrated on the battle at the other location. It showed only for a few seconds, the quiet runway at Sigonella in spite of the military being ready to launch. I thought it was too easy on Hillary and Obama.
I don’t care what anyone says but I will always believe that this was a Stevens kidnapping deal for the release of the Blind Sheik that went haywire when the 2 special forces showed up and made it a fight.
This movie was simply released at a bad time. Bay should have opted for a June/July release. This is the equivalent of a new TV show debuting on Saturday night.
Even though I knew the whole story by reading various things actually seeing it almost puts you right in the middle of it. It was a very well done movie.

That is EXACTLY what I think too. In addition to running arms from Lybia to Syria in a continuing effort to overthrow secular rulers and replace with brotherhood rulers.
I had planned to see it a couple of weeks ago, but didn’t get to. I hope to be able to see it this weekend
Plus it would have exposed that WE were selling Libya’s weapons to Syria. And .. by the way, we sold these weapons to Libya - so they were American made.
This was part of the stockpile left when Gadaffi was taken out.
The guy from Turkey who was meeting with Stevens at the compound, was the go-between. Nothing happened until he left the compound.
What does this have to do with the movie? *rme*
There really wasn't much to be seen. He died of smoke inhalation because he was trapped in the safe room. Those rumors that he was tortured and molested were just that rumors. One of guys who this movie is about said he checked him and he said none of that was true.
This movie was about what THEY went through in those 13 hours. It takes a different kind of person to live the way they do.
I’m waiting to see it and “Risen” on TV. We don’t go to movie theaters anymore.
I am sure they do. Especially those that plan to vote for Hillary

Was the presence of Chris Stevens in Benghazi known around the terrorist world because our Sec of State Hillary Clinton’s illegal secret server (filled with classified emails) had been hacked ? !
Is that why the Benghazi attack occurred?
