Could have simply been an error in camera stamp setting- people sometimes don’t set the date and tiem correctly or at all in electronic devices- oen would think the police would make sure it was correct, but could have been an oversight,

Video camera is ZULU. FBI even stated this.

THis puts events at about midnight minus 8 hours, or about 430pm. Maybe not IR that we see, although there are probably many frequency filters on their cameras and IR should be available.

Yes, it was. It was to send a message to the serf that absolutely no defiance to the Government would be tolerated. and resistance to Governmental Authority will be dealt with violently. The message needed to be delivered. The message was delivered. An example or examples needed to be made to show the peasants what would happen if one happened to question the Government's authority. It was. And for most, part, the sheep cheered. And why should not they cheer, their ox was not the one being gored, their property was not being taken, "for the common good" by, a/k/a, the Clinton Foundation treasury. Legitimate gun owners should take not of what happened, because later on down the road, it may be years, or it may happen sooner. But, the same fate as the Bundys and the murdered guy suffered will befall them. First, the media will begin a great campaign of just how unstable, dangerous, unpleasant, and unnecessary guns in the hands of Citizens are. 2. Said Citizens should immediately turn their guns into their nearest law enforcement agency. 3. Next step, the media will loudly declare that only unstable, insane, and other types would want to have a gun at this point in time. That they are totally unnecessary and have no lawful use because the Government will protect its subjects. 4. That the Governmental Law Enforces should deal violently and suddenly with anyone in possession of a gun. The law enforcement agencies will gladly do exactly that. Again, the sheep will cheer.

nope I see now the fella that was almost hit likely wasn’t the first shooter- his back was to Finicum and he was walking away fro mthe scene- you can see him over by the front of the white police truck at the point Finicum was shot-

Correct. They were concerned he was reaching for a gun. I've heard that, while firearms were in the vehicles, was he indeed reaching for a gun (was there a gun on him) or was he trying to pull out the points of a tazer or reacting to being shot initially.

From the video, it appears LaVoy Finicum was trying to maintain his balance while walking in knee deep snow.

There was every need for this confrontation and death- the govt is making a point to any that will oppose it. They have made the same point at on numerous occasions.

I have read your assessment twice- looked at the pictures and still cannot come to a conclusion.

I am not condemning all law enforcement I am intelligent enough to know that most law enforcement personnel are law abiding and honorable.

However if you are law enforcement and you are ordered to do a take down- all bets are off- as it is in war best laid plans until the first shot is fired
