Donald Trump’s criticisms of Megyn Kelly have been weak, sexist, thin-skinned. His decision to back out of Thursday night’s debate is childish and reflects a fear of having to debate his competitors on issues facing the country.
All that said, this dispute is turning into a spectacle with two losers. Fox News unwisely sent out a statement yesterday designed to mock the Republican front-runner for his decision to launch a Twitter poll on whether he should participate in the debate. Here’s what that statement said:
We learned from a secret back channel that the Ayatollah and Putin both intend to treat Donald Trump unfairly when they meet with him if he becomes president — a nefarious source tells us that Trump has his own secret plan to replace the Cabinet with his Twitter followers to see if he should even go to those meetings.
On CNN’s “New Day†this morning, co-host Alisyn Camerota, who formerly worked at Fox News, espied certain fingerprints on that statement: “God, this is such typical Roger Ailes playbook. I worked for him for many years; I recognize this.â€
Other pundits recognize it as well — and they’re using it to aver that Trump has some firm footing in bailing on Fox News. Firm footing that he’d never have otherwise.

There are several slut pics out there. As I’ve said before, there was a time when those pics would have killed her career. They also tell me she never planned to be in the position she’s in now. She was going for the “sexy movie star” career. Then Hume nailed her and said “I’ll make you a journalist star.”
In 2008 McCain’s campaign was falling apart and sr staff were leaving.
When it became clear to the media that Obama was going to beat Hillary they needed a republican besides Romney who they thought Obama wouldn’t do well against. The media started calling McCain a maverick and praising him for his bipartisanship then he started doing well.
Once he became the nominee they trashed him.

They should all be pointing to Hillary and how she lied about the e-mails and other things. Would she keep lying and lying if she were President?

Yeah, where is the RNC in all this between Trump and Fox.
The RNC got rid of MSNBC because the MSNBC mods were biased. Shouldn't they stick up for Trump and affirm that Kelley is biased and must go?
That's the way I see it.
The media is a business and it is about making money for the network. Sports makes lots of money for the networks.
Politics not as much money but profits are important.
Advertisement is important for large profits. Ratings are important. If Meghan Kelly makes money she will keep her job.
That’s probably the plan and the king will be Rubio. One of FOX’s VPs, Bill Sammon, has a daughter, Brooke Sammon, who is Press Secretary for Rubio.
Much to the chagrin of the Cruzers, Rubio will be coronated Thurs debate star by FOX.
The lefty writers couldn’t control themselves and every now and then a Trump hit piece would be published. Don would immediately pull all advertising.
The publisher, wearing his suspenders, would then call a company meeting. Everyone was required to attend. He would explain the impact of the loss of revenue and scold the writer in front of everyone.
Within a few days the full page ads would appear again.
Don still responds the same way today. He hasn’t changed a bit. It is very refreshing to see someone stand up to the left wing enemy media.
That is the smoking gun. Far more damning to Fox than anything said to Trump. Fox is over for me. Last straw.

The GOPe/FOX and Trump were made for eachother, one is a circus and the other is a clown.
That being said, Fox/Ailes royaly screwed the pooch with that statement.
