“Always nice when the Republican front runner sides with the Democrats...........he’s a winner don’t cha know.”

Reagan Disciple . . such a silly post for you to make with your ‘Reagan Disciple’ name.
You evidently consider yourself a ‘disciple’ of a former Democrat . . you know, the one that hard-nosed Conservatives accused of having a Democrat agenda when he was running for Prez.
You either need to change your name . . or your sermon, Disciple.

Geez, does anybody need any further proof that Trump simply thinks like a liberal East Coast democrat??? He told us from the start, he’s running “AS” a conservative republican. He just really ISN’T one.

“Always nice when the Republican front runner sides with the Democrats”

Actually it’s refreshing in a situation like this when they are right. Why would medicare NOT negotiate prices?

I believe he is on point by skewering big pharma as a self serving lobby that influences the GOP stance

In principle any bulk buyer of a product or servuce should be able to negotiate on costs

I bet these same leftists love Common Core, which inflates the prices of school books and teacher training and passes the expenses down to the tax payer.

I’m not following you at all here.

Trump says the problem with Medicare/Aid is the drug companies, Hillary and Bernie say the same and you are coming after me?

Freedom of thought, it’s not just for Trump supporters anymore.

Price controls would be like a ball and chain to the pharmaceutical companies.

Why not reform the whole program? The main issue of Medicare isn’t the pricing, that’s a left wing propaganda tool.

It’s fraud, in every state at every level. Fix the fraud, you free the system to generate it’s own pricing.

It does not have to be “ price controls’
But it can be negotiated to be better than no discount

I was healthy most of my life and hardly ever prescribed drugs, so I was fairly oblivious to their costs.
However, now that I'm older - been on Medicare (Advantage) for 4 years - I've had a few problems and the price of some of the drugs is staggering.
Insurance helps - but now the insurance companies have added prescription deductibles to their policies. Friggin' thieves.

The problem with “Medicare” and “Medicaid” is that they exist.

Where in Article 1 or any of the Amendments is Congress authorized to create a scheme for controlling certain people’s access to the practice of medicine?
