It’s a clear lie and shows us something about Cruz’s character. He’s hoping that there are Republicans and conservatives who don’t follow Trump’s or AC’s history and believe he (personally?!) bulldozed her home.

I followed this story very closely. This woman was a wonderfully tough old bird who got her way. Eventually, after the story was over, she became so frail that her son took her into his own home. Then she passed away. The house sold for a fraction of the 2 million offered.

Bozell has made his choice, now he can live with it. Hannity is famous for saying “No poor man ever gave me a job”, well no poor man ever supported the Media Research Center either; I have no doubt that Bozell hit Trump up for money but it’s unprovable and irrelevant now anyway.

He probably figured he had nothing to lose, if Trump becomes Potus he won’t be able to do MRC any favors, and he didn’t have the courage to stand apart from the other policical pundit-hacks who allied themselves against Trump.
