The Supreme Court announced Tuesday that it will take up a case challenging the legality of President Barack Obama's executive actions aimed at granting quasi-legal status and work permits to up to five million people who entered the U.S. illegally as children or who have children who are American citizens.
The high court's widely-expected move gives Obama a chance to revive a key legacy item that has been in limbo for nearly a year, since a federal judge in Texas issued an order halting immigration moves the president announced just after the 2014 midterm elections.

I haven’t been following this closely but I assume if Obama appealed to the court, we’re screwed yet again.

Not necessarily. The Supreme Court has been somewhat decent on sep of powers and reigning in Executive creep and overreach by Obama. There have been a good number of 9-0 decisions that have quietly flown under the radar.
and the fix is in again.
Yet again we will have the usual’s who are loyal to the fairy , instead of the country, the law , and the Constitution.

True, but my question is why take the case when Texas already slapped him down. Shouldn't have they simply let the lower court stand?
Unless they are so fed up with OTrauma, liberals included, they wanted to slap him personally?

You could be right...I find Obama’s executive orders to be very taxing and wearying to me personally.

It might be exactly that — given the previous 9-0 decisions the Supremes might want to send a somewhat more powerful message. “Since you just aren’t getting the message ...”
I wish I’d saved the link to the discussion threads on those decisions. They were really eye-opening given the 4 Libs joined in on them.
More like the justices will be receiving calls to the effect, “That’s an awful thing you did back when...it would be a shame if the NY Times heard about it...” Or “We aren’t sure about your tax return for this year...but we can make the IRS look the other way if...”

Anthony Kennedy is an open borders traitor. He proved that by striking down most of the Arizona’s SB1070. I have little doubt that he’s the one who wanted this, and he’s the one who’s going to prove Obama.
