It does not matter what Trump says or does, the Trumpcult love it.

Love and defend it, just as they do his long liberal history.

Yup, it was a jujitsu move: use the attack and energy of your attacker to make himself fail. The only part of Canada where they’d possibly teach that is in Asian-influenced Vancouver.

The longer this kerfuffle lasts the more it benefits Cruz. The primary schedule is front loaded with folks who do not like NY values. For the conservative cause, values are the foundation of policy and Trump’s values are not conservative.

I think you're right. Trump did a good job trying to deflect it, but Trump was a life long liberal until relatively recently and did embrace NY values until then.

In order to make the country “great” in Trumps dictionary means the government will be rich as he is rich, and that money will have to come from the people who have it now - the citizens.

Do you think the Clinton Family Foundation is large and has gotten larger and larger VERY quickly?

You ain’t seen anything yet...wait this you get a load of the TRUMP FAMILY FOUNDATION that Donald will build. IT WILL BE YUUUUUGE!!

Seems Cruz should’ve known enough to say New York City and refrained from taking money from NYC donors.
A good attorney knows the response before raising the issue. But here he was playing the typical politician.
Flame on Cruzers!

Ted’s hatred of NY doesn’t extend to Goldman-Sachs or Citi.

I wasn't listening to Hannity today, so I missed Cruz's appearance. What a great way to handle the controversy. I agree, brilliant. Thanks for posting

Cruz was just on the Hannity radio show, and I didn’t think it was possible for him to further astonish me with brilliant thinking and rhetoric, but he just flat out amazed me!

Hannity asked him about that exchange with Trump, and Cruz noted that media types in NY were calling on him to apologize, so he said he would oblige them. What followed was incredible. Cruz then apologized about seven times to the people of NY on behalf of their leaders for the disastrous policies they have inflicted on the state and people of New York. Among other things, he apologized to the police officers who felt compelled to turn their backs on their socialist mayor who threw them under the bus. He also apologized to thousands of black children, and their parents, who DeBlazio has thrown out of their charter schools which they loved.

Cruz is going to be on the Hannity TV show tonight, and I hope he will reprise this amazing litany of “apologies”, as they so brilliantly highlighted the “New York” values to which he was referring in the debate.

Ted's hatred of NY doesn't extend to Goldman-Sachs or Citi.

Exactly. Ted Cruz has the exact same big money wall street values as Donald Trump. It is amusing to see Cruz supporters acting as though he has nothing to do with the elite mindset of New York business people when his wife, until recently, worked for Goldman Sachs. And Goldman Sachs found it in their interests to loan a lot of money to Mr. and Mrs. Cruz so Mr. Cruz could become Senator Cruz. Did they do that because they new he was opposed to their values, or because he and his wife supported them? The answer is obvious.

Did Cruz apologize for all the pain people in the middle class have suffered because of the close ties between Goldman Sachs and the government?

Listen to yourself. I’ll tell you one thing, I criticize Cruz but I don’t get hateful. New Yorkers are no worse than you, just the terms they use.

It certainly isn't about "da Joos," as Cruz, like most believers love "Gods chosen."

Originally, the jab was a tit for tat over the "Evangelical values not coming out of Cuba!" Which is actually a jab at Ted's dad not Ted, but I

It is about those New York values that Trump has embodied most all of his life, specifically, just like Trump, New Yorkers support not only abortion but also partial birth abortion rights, gay "rights," high taxes, large, intrusive government programs, punitive attitudes toward their cities' finest, police and fire fighters and lastly New Yorkers are fine with electing back-to-back socialist mayors, one of whom demanded maximum sizes of pop drink sizes, not to mention a city council that goes along with socialists.

They elect Hillary, Chuck Schumer, tolerate "Rev. Al" instead of inditing him!

These were margin loans against the securities in their brokerage account. Such loans are available automatically to any brokerage customer; you just have to apply. If you have the securities, they will approve you. If you have $1 million in securities, then you can easily borrow, say, $800K. The interest is low because there is no risk to the brokerage. If stocks fall, they will sell out your account.
