I wasn't listening to Hannity today, so I missed Cruz's appearance. What a great way to handle the controversy. I agree, brilliant. Thanks for posting

Cruz was just on the Hannity radio show, and I didn’t think it was possible for him to further astonish me with brilliant thinking and rhetoric, but he just flat out amazed me!

Hannity asked him about that exchange with Trump, and Cruz noted that media types in NY were calling on him to apologize, so he said he would oblige them. What followed was incredible. Cruz then apologized about seven times to the people of NY on behalf of their leaders for the disastrous policies they have inflicted on the state and people of New York. Among other things, he apologized to the police officers who felt compelled to turn their backs on their socialist mayor who threw them under the bus. He also apologized to thousands of black children, and their parents, who DeBlazio has thrown out of their charter schools which they loved.

Cruz is going to be on the Hannity TV show tonight, and I hope he will reprise this amazing litany of “apologies”, as they so brilliantly highlighted the “New York” values to which he was referring in the debate.

Did Cruz apologize for all the pain people in the middle class have suffered because of the close ties between Goldman Sachs and the government?

I heard it and it was brilliant. I think it laid to rest much of the controversy surrounding his remarks about New York values.
