GOP presidential candidate and sweater ascetic Jeb Bush*s emotional register on the campaign trail hovers between ~~mildly deflated~~ to ~~moderately chagrined~~ ;but LOOK at how his eyes light up as he realizes that the expensive and impractical gadget he*s been wearing can make phone calls.
Finally, a ! moment for our favorite dour Floridian scion!
~~My watch cant be talking,~~ Bush said, as recognition that our merciless world can still contain a genuine surprise spreads across his face.

Reminds me of his father’s “shock” when he went to a supermarket in the 1992 failed reelection campaign. He was struck by the capabilities of the product/price scanners which the stores had had for years. Clinton very effectively used this to illustrate that GHW Bush was very out of touch with the lives of the middle class. Like father, like son.
Not a fan of any of the Bush family, but this story continues to be misrepresented. The elder Bush was amazed at the first 'self check out' line, not the scanning technology itself.
But Jeb? is an idiot.

| Funny! I wonder if Bush is on a rampage against Trump because advisor Roger Stone is coming out with that new book: Jeb and the Bush Crime Family. I suspect he's out to defend his family's honor. We know how deep or shallow his hatred of Trump is at convention time. |
Maybe Jeb thinks having little chats like this one will help to humanize him for many voters. I don’t know about that.
I find it hard to believe a man from one of the countries richest families would not be aware of Apple Watches.

Plenty of Apple users are highly intelligent and well aware of the devices capabilities. Not so Heb (correct pronunciation).
Android, on the other hand, is clearly the choice of the unwashed masses. There are plenty of cheap (and built like it) Android devices.
