Report: FBI Has Enough Evidence to Prosecute Hillary Clinton for Public Corruption
Breitbart ^ | January 11, 2016 | John Sexton

Posted on 01/11/2016 4:23:06 PM PST by detective

An investigation into possible mishandling of classified information on Hillary Clinton's private email server has expanded to consider whether Clinton's work as Secretary overlapped with her work for the Clinton Foundation run by her family.

Fox News' Catherine Herridge published the report, citing unnamed FBI sources, Monday morning. The report indicates the initial security referral looking into whether or not classified information was mishandled has expanded to look at possible public corruption involving the Clinton Foundation.

He can pardon her right now on the grounds of protecting national security interests from any accidental slip ups a trial might lead to/reveal.

Sure he could, just like Ford did Nixon. Pardon her for any and all federal crimes committed, actual or implied, while secretary of state. Squash any further investigation during her time in that capacity.

But who is going to pardon Bathhouse Barry for all of his treasonous acts?

I’m not a lawyer but I don’t think you can pardon someone for a crime they haven’t been convicted of much less one they haven’t been indicted for yet.

But if Barry wants to pre-pardon Hillary for crimes committed, while she’s campaigning, that doesn’t sound like such a bad thing to me.

No president will ever be prosecuted no matter what they have done, it just won’t happen.

Who keeps advising her to just cackle laugh when questioned on such matters?

The State / email story has never been separate. Hillary ran a shakedown operation out of the State Department to reward her friends and punish her enemies. All under the cover of the Clinton Foundation as a charity.

A really sick group of people make a living with the Clintons at the center.

I think he could under the interest of national security, more like an amnesty from prosecution.

Would Georgy Schwartz have a contract on her? Wouldn’t surprise me in the least. Of course it would be blamed on a conservative, more calls for “gun control” yada yada.

While it’s questionable the Obama DOJ will prosecute, we know for sure that Donald Trump at least, will prosecute in the sphere of public opinion.

They could have 100 witnesses willing to testify, video evidence, positive DNA tests and a signed confession....and her thighness will never be prosecuted.

Justice and trials are for the little people.

As we all do, I want to see her meet ‘great and mighty justice’ face first. But I do not believe for a second anyone in DC will ever allow her to see a jail cell. All the people who would put her there would have to join her there.

Hey, Federal prosecutions are only for crazed ranchers clearing their property.

THAT’s serious stuff that warrants 4 years in the Big House, maybe even Supermax.

Never can trust those independent, six-gun wearing Western types...clearly major criminals worse then any Mafia hit man.

Hillary? Young Mr. Comey is probably on the phone to her right now apologizing profusely for upsetting her day, and he’ll be forwarding the list of offending agents to her momentarily so they can be “Fosterized”.

After all, he only goes after Serious Criminals like...Martha Stewart.

He doesn’t have to wait for a conviction. For example, Ford’s pardon of tricky dick.

“She’s gonna turn canary and sing, sing, sing”

No she won’t. If it ever gets that close, Hilldebeeste’s health will take a dramatic turn for the worse, and she will have a heart attack. Either that, or she will commit suicide by shooting herself in the back of the head several times.

“One website I went
to lately, I referred to Hillary as “Hitlery”. The guy
who runs the site hit the ceiling about people calling
her Hitlery, and others calling Obama Obozo and such.”

Is that to say the guy running that website would disapprove of me calling Buckwheat a “spider monkey”? Geeezzzzz.....
