Amid all the scandals related to the Clinton family, Bill Clinton's sex scandals were supposed to be a dead letter. After all, the former president weathered impeachment proceedings in the late 1990s-in fact, Hillary Clinton's popularity soared at the time. As those events receded, Bill Clinton became one of the most popular politicians in America, a smiling, drawling avatar of the happy, carefree 1990s. There were questions about how the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign might use her husband, and whether he'd be an asset or a liability (as he was in 2008), but sex wasn't in the picture.
This week, all of that turned out to be wrong. And it happened-of all things-thanks to Donald Trump. As Bill Clinton prepared to hit the road stumping for Hillary, Trump started talking about Clinton's affairs and allegations, insisting it was "fair game" to talk about his "tremendous abuse of women." That made some Republicans nervous-they didn't want a replay of the 1990s, where such attacks redounded to the Clinton's benefit. (Besides, Trump, whose first wife once accused him of marital rape, is a flawed messenger for this attack.)
Yet the discussion brought new attention to one of the more forgotten Bill Clinton sex scandals: the story of Juanita Broaddrick, who publicly alleged in 1999 that Clinton had raped her in 1978. She had also said she had confronted Hillary Clinton about the incident. (Rumors of the incident had long circulated.) No charges were ever filed in the case; Clinton's lawyer denied the story and he refused to comment.
But even if the Clinton sex scandals seemed politically inert, general social standards on sexual assault and rape have changed-as the prosecution of Bill Cosby demonstrates.

Clinton crime list ping.
Bill Clinton, the President Of The United States, was impeached.
Did you ever see any shame from him?
He just keeps behaving badly.
That is the lesson with Hillary.
Don’t expect that a mild punishment will have any effect on her behavior.
Another interesting list would be all the people associated with the Klintoons who ended up dead.
Vince Foster
Ron Brown
James McDougal
Others?
Hillary attacks BILL’S Sexual Assault victims!!
Yeah, Google search “Clinton Body Count”
I have been searching my files to cite information on something else that always bugged me. If I recall it was quoted that there were over 300 visible security cameras in the White House and an estimated 200 more that were concealed. There were at least four staffed security check points; one at the est wing, one into the elevator leaving the underground parking lot, one leaving the parking lot and one leaving the grounds.
NOT ONE camera showed Foster leaving his office, the West Wing or the White House and he was not signed out at any of the guarded security gates. Yet, during the "investigation" no curiosity was raised over that fact.

Thanks, Baynative.
Surely someone will bring up that old video of Carville talking about how many trailer trash you could find by dragging a hundred dollar bill through a trailer park.
Somehow that flew during Bill’s Presidency—but in today’s climate of political correctness I don’t think younger women who have no ‘crush’ on an old man like Bill are going to stand for it.
You're right - Clinton got away with a lot of stuff 'cause the women - and men - in the press had a crush on him. It was disgusting. Today's young people are NOT captivated by him.
Thanks for the ping onyx... I’ll bump this one tomorrow...
Hell of a thread.
Bump and Save
Did you know that when they ran for prez the first time, they both had to be trained in how to look affectionate with each other? No joke.
UGH ... I think they’re both very unattractive.
I could never see what some women apparently saw in him.
I find him loathsome.
