I wouldn’t get too upset about the phrase book. Most or at least many English-to-whatever phrasebooks include what are supposed to be “pickup lines,” but which sure wouldn’t pick up any woman who wasn’t a hooker by the roadside.
That said, raping women is definitely an Islamic strategy, and until Germany admits it has been invaded and is dealing with an occupying army, it won’t be able to deal with this.
