This is Great, they need to start with the LAPD!!
“that would at best mean divorce with no chance of forgiveness or any positive contact before, during, or after the divorce.”
The court would look at it as abandonment without justification and
award the ol ball and chain everything.
Best thing to do would be to hide some drugs on her and rat her out, then file for divorce.
The reportage system could get quickly overwhelmed with denunciations by people with grudges.
Even the Soviets required hard identification of the denouncer before sending in the NKVD against his neighbor.
This needs to get very messy for anyone attempting to enforce this law. People need to take a stand and pick sides.
Is there any state in which your children can’t be seized and removed from your home, when a judge decides there’s a potential for violence there?
In fact, child protection rackets don’t even need a judge unless you resist.
So, I don’t think there will be much fuss about this law.
People are sheep. A hundred years of progressivism and public ed have done the damage. Birth control and abortion killing off the Americans, third world people swarming in to vote for handouts in the new Plantation Nation.
Time to fight was yesterday.
GREAT NEWS!
Cali will now go into “da hoods” and take weapons from the thugs, gangbangers & druggies since they pose the greatest danger to safety.
Big Govt is so wonderful!
The time is rapidly approaching where only two options will be available to choose from: To wit} 1. Stand and fight and if necessary, die as free individuals. 2. Be slaughtered as the Germans slaughtered the Jews in their death camps. there will be no third option. Each time the sun goes down lessens the opportunity for choice 1 and increases the odds that option 2 will happen. They fully intend to do what they say they are going to do. We can deny, deny, refuse to accept the facts and events that are happening in full view of us just as the Jews in the 1930s Germany did. And we will suffer the same fate they did.
...And there it is. But it won’t stop there, not at “21 days”...to get a gun back, there will be so much red tape it will be like being personally wrapped in red-colored duct tape from head to toe.
“Without warning” = someone’s going to get shot, giving the go-ahead to martial law.
Is California a test to see what removing firearms from a general populace looks like?
I expect to die gloriously.
I would be willing to go way out on a limb and say, yes, it is.
Legalized vengeance law. No the Constitution does not allow it but then we have a bunch of judges on the court who no longer follow the Constitution.
Expect a rash of Ex-wives and PO’d mothers-in-law to abuse this law.
This is why the first rule of security is to not talk about your security measures, lest they invite trouble.
No matter how badass you think you are, you’re not a nuclear power with counterstrike capability.
Does anybody believe that anybody would EVER have their weapons returned after 3 weeks?
I believe this is limited to theft during FFL transfers, such as from the manufacture.
I don’t think this applies to individual owners.
or three years.
Taking my last breath as a free citizen in a pile of warm spent brass. I expect I'll be home ... but everybody else wont be going home.
What's next? Revoking someone's right to free speech because they are saying things you don't like? Oh, wait. That's already happening. Never mind.
Swatting on steroids.
Without such differential enforcement, how else is the left going to foment its revolution of the proletariat?
