The Bishop of Stockholm has proposed a church in her diocese remove all signs of the cross and put down markings showing the direction to Mecca for the benefit of Muslim worshippers. Eva Brunne, who was made the world's first openly lesbian bishop by the church of Sweden in 2009, and has a young son with her wife and fellow lesbian priest Gunilla Linden, made the suggestion to make those of other faiths more welcome.

The church targeted is the Seamen's mission church in Stockholm's eastern dockyards. The Bishop held a meeting there this year and challenged the priest to explain what he'd do if a ship's crew came into port who weren't Christian but wanted to pray.
Calling Muslim guests to the church 'angels', the Bishop later took to her official blog to explain that removing Christian symbols from the church and preparing the building for Muslim prayer doesn't make a priest any less a defender of the faith. Rather, to do any less would make one "stingy towards people of other faiths".
The bishop insisted this wasn't an issue, after all airports and hospitals already had multi-faith prayer rooms, and converting the dockyard church would only bring it up to speed. Regardless, the announcement has aroused protest.

I can see the actions he has taken soft selling the gay agenda for myself. And in some instances, not so ‘soft selling’ it.

If you look at Romans 1:18-32 you find that before The Lord turns folks over to a reprobate mind they elect to forget Him. Thereafter they will get only worse.
This so-called “bishop” could only have been advanced to her job after there had been a falling away first.
The proverbial canaries in a mine have been dying but rather than taking heed that the air is already bad so many of the miners merrily press on.

I know there are......Missouri Synod for one.
I was in the Lutheran Church LCA for many years, until they came under the umbrella of the ELCA
My granddaughter attended a Missouri Synod Lutheran school for 5 years.
Hard to believe how any normal human being could attend services in her church.
THEY press on. WE do not.
This woman is officially unqualified to head a church, when directly anti-thetical to the religion.
More welcoming of others is giving services in their religion and translated tracts to them in the streets, not destroying your faith in the hope of bringing them into your now secular building.

If she proposed removing crosses and installing a statue of Buddah there’d be less beheading involved but the same effect of 1 less christian church in the world.
I’m not sure how you can be a “leader” of a religion and propose elimination of your religion’s presence. She seems to be behaving like an imam vs a bishop.
Is she also the first lesbian imam?
