Authorities are responding to a report of 20 victims in a shooting in San Bernardino on Wednesday.
The incident was reported in the 1300 block of S. Waterman Avenue (map), according to the San Bernardino Fire Department.

Good point. Of course how did the coppers know to go to that particular apartment. They were sitting on it when these s birds came out and the chase was on.
Listening to the local news here in SoCal IMHO this is looking more and more like terrorism. They found another bomb in a 3rd building where the shooting took place. They are even going car by car looking for devices.
Could be both: A terrorist cell, with a plan or almost completed plan and then the ringleader gets mad over something personal and launches the attack .
Fox News is completely useless these days.

Multiple sources from multiple agencies identified one of the three attackers at the resource center to NBC News as Syed Farook. No other information was available, but a knowledgeable source said another member of the trio is believed to be Farook’s brother.
The identity of the woman was unknown.

The way I see this is they had the earlier name, Saheed which led them to the Redlands apt. There they had the Black SUV take to the roads again and they ran it down and killed the Qatar fellow and a gal partner, she on the road bailing out and he in the SUV as they riddled it.
The reason they are still focused on a remote search is Saheed is still the perp on the run. He has his Obama phone turned off so they can’t get a fix on him but they know who they are looking for as still-at-large number 3.
