Got rid of Emma Goldman and Alexander Berkman and almost got Sacco & Vanzetti - but they were already in prison. Indeed, one of the finest things he did. Wouldn’t happen today.

Wilson effectively ceased to be President on October 2, 1919 and his second wife became President for the remaining year and a half. It’s worth noting the Palmer Raids commenced a month AFTER his incapacitation (beginning November 1919). One wonders if they would’ve happened had he possessed his faculties to the end of his second term or whether de facto President Edith Bolling Galt Wilson gave the OK.
