That’s mighty nice of the title company to provide the paralegal assistance. And it makes some sense because it’s going to be them on the hook if the title is sour.
Still, not to recognize that the world is full of wicked people is just plain naive. The “nice, helpful” paradigm, which everyone thinks ought to be the case everywhere, is in fact not the norm of humanity.
It’s certainly not the norm in NJ.
