Lets see if the submissive Paul Ryan greases the skids for Obama on the Syrian refugees. A bill demanding more vetting is attached to a spending bill so........ a remote possibility there will be a gov’t shutdown over this that Obama would lose. Will gutless wonder Paul Ryan throw him a lifeline?

I heard Mark Levin criticizing the bill because it only requires 3 signatures, not specific vetting. Also, he asked what will happen if a refugee turns out to be a terrorist? Will the signatories be punished? No.
