I donât know what started this, but you can put money on this much: if he was held for ten hours, his behavior, beginning with the initial contact with immigration staff, was the reason.

For some of these young people being without social media for 10 hours is “torture”.

If he doesnt like the treatment he should blame the Muslim terrorists that make it necessary. THEY are the ones who are responsible for the suspicion, hatred and extra scrutiny.

Badawi claims he was detained at Miami International Airport for ten hours and endured "physiological torture" Sunday Dictionary.com:
physiologic: adjective, consistent with the normal functioning of an organism.
This whole thing is a scam, devised to trick the vast majority of "journalists" who don't even know English.

I thought USAir (AKA Skid Row Airlines) was out of business.
Now THAT was torture.

...detained at Miami International Airport for ten hours and endured “physiological torture” Sunday while on his way home to visit family in Texas for Thanksgiving.
Here in America that’s called normal travel.

What kind of torture?
electric wires on his nipples? needles under his fingernails? or did they make him listen to Streisand songs?
