HomObama wouldn’t have been a problem if the media had reported on him.
WHAT a mentality!
It didn’t work for ME on the playground and it certainly DIDN’T work when I tried those monkeyshines with my mom.... what makes “O” the a*&hat think it’s going to work with ISIS?
IOW - “Bury your heads in the sand to make it easier for my boys to blow your asses away...”
You know, I’m going to eat myself into oblivion this holiday season - calories be damned. But as long as I don’t step on the scale, I won’t gain weight.
My grades wouldn't be a big deal mom if the school didn't send out report cards.
Like we ignore our borders.
How anyone can doubt that Obama is a jihadi is a mystery to me.
Trying logic on a lunatic is pointless.
Obama would be a problem if the media reported on him with truth
Obama is a far worse enemy to America than ISIS
One can only wonder where is Cassius? Where is Brutus?
Bingo! Spot on analysis.
Bingo. It's insanity but it represents a form of Marxist ideology
Wow...he really thinks Americans are that stupid?
THIS is why we no longer trust the media to begin with!
Hey, you can’t blame Obama for thinking of this strategy. It has worked for him for 7 years on hundreds of topics and incidents.
Maybe he’ll get an isis czar to force the media to stop reporting on it like they did with ebola. They won’t be successful though.. too many people are being murdered by these animals to keep it quiet.
People wouldn’t die of cancer if more doctors would simply refuse to report it.
“It definitely is interesting and something strange is going on.”
Same thing happens with our local newspaper. If conservatives start speaking out about an issue, comments are suspended or removed.
“Bingo. It’s insanity but it represents a form of Marxist ideology”
Actually the founder of Post Modernism was Martin Heidegger who was an unrepentant NAZI until the day he died.
Post modernism as a term first appeared in a seminar old martin taught at the University of Frieburg in either 1922 or 1926 titled “Deconstructing the Modern World”
So NAZI not Communist. Not that there is much difference in practice between the two.
My PhD dissertation was on Heidegger.
I wasn’t aware of that. I conflate postmodernism with deconstructionism, and I was thinking specifically of Habermas and his influence on Critical Theory.
Habermas was influenced by Sartre as was Derrida. But there is a link between Heidegger and Sartre. One of the reasons Heidegger was not tried as a war criminal despite being in charge of the Nazification of German universities was because French existentialist like Sartre vouched for him.
Heidegger -> Sartre -> Habermas/Derrida though the line is not that straight.
Richard Rorty at the University of Virginia described Heidegger as a “Nasty Piece of work” but he was still one of the ten most important thinkers of the 20th century and yet almost nobody knows who he was.
If you want to see the foundation of Post Modernism pick up a copy of Being and Time by Heidegger. If nothing else it is a good cure for insomnia.
All that said, the confluence of NAZI and Communist thought is a really interesting topic.
