This is a big part of what the University of Missouri and copycat racist crybully protests were about. Making racist indoctrination mandatory on campus not only provides jobs and entitlements for the crybullies, but perpetuates the cycle.
They got their way at the University of Michigan.
The University of Michigan has added a three-year diversity requirement to its Ross School of Business undergraduate curriculum that, among other things, will teach their students how race, gender and sexual orientation "connect to larger systems of power, privilege and oppression."
The classes, which include "Identity 101" and "Entering into, Engaging with and Exiting Communities across Difference", are mandatory for graduation and emphasize "identity, diversity and experience," said Lynn Wooten, associate dean for undergraduate programs.
Wooten explained that the initiative began with an effort by the Black Student Union who wanted to improve the racial climate on campus, and then others joined in their cause.
Here's the sort of stuff they'll be improving the racial climate on campus with... Beverly Daniel Tatum's paper from the hatecrazed "white privilege conference" which predictably spews intersectionality. The message is even more predictably about white privilege.
There are mandatory "reflection papers" to discuss your identity and confess your guilt and no "vague generalities" are allowed.
The Ross Business School is ranked as one of the top undergraduate business schools in the country, and was ranked 4th by U.S. News and World Report for 2015.

Do you just have to sit there, roll your eyes, and listen, or do you actually have to regurgitate this drivel, to be rated by a thought-police commissar for a grade?
What business will hire graduates from these sham schools with group think.
I don’t know about you, but this is how I imagined it feels to be in Nazi Germany in the 1930s.
Would you even go if it were free?

These insulting and racist attacks on whites must have a limit. There has to be a limit to how many Black Lies can be tolerated.

Shaming white students for the crime of being white is now institutionalized. It is, I think, also illegal, and students should respond with massive lawsuits against both the institutions and individuals who perpetuate this.
University of Michigan has joined my “do not hire” list. Maybe companies need to implement an indefinite moratorium on hiring any new grads, with maybe an exception for those who got through a co-op program, or verifiable related work experience prior to college.
And those in HR are the zampolits.
I take it minorities get to proficiency out.
Another ridiculous required class to bilk the parents out of their hard earned money.
Minorities are being promoted ahead of many. Especially ahead of Whites.
sham classes to sham jobs. And lots of great PR.
But someone has to do the work.
The taxpayers are sheep to allow this.
Anyone bother researching the ‘characteristics’ of the namesake of that business school?
You mean it’s not a class that tells us how to get that mythical White Privilege? Well, I’m disappointed.
