This is a big part of what the University of Missouri and copycat racist crybully protests were about. Making racist indoctrination mandatory on campus not only provides jobs and entitlements for the crybullies, but perpetuates the cycle.
They got their way at the University of Michigan.
The University of Michigan has added a three-year diversity requirement to its Ross School of Business undergraduate curriculum that, among other things, will teach their students how race, gender and sexual orientation "connect to larger systems of power, privilege and oppression."
The classes, which include "Identity 101" and "Entering into, Engaging with and Exiting Communities across Difference", are mandatory for graduation and emphasize "identity, diversity and experience," said Lynn Wooten, associate dean for undergraduate programs.
Wooten explained that the initiative began with an effort by the Black Student Union who wanted to improve the racial climate on campus, and then others joined in their cause.
Here's the sort of stuff they'll be improving the racial climate on campus with... Beverly Daniel Tatum's paper from the hatecrazed "white privilege conference" which predictably spews intersectionality. The message is even more predictably about white privilege.
There are mandatory "reflection papers" to discuss your identity and confess your guilt and no "vague generalities" are allowed.
The Ross Business School is ranked as one of the top undergraduate business schools in the country, and was ranked 4th by U.S. News and World Report for 2015.

It's just sad, and sickening. Blacks live in the greatest nation ever devised by mankind. They would not survive an hour in Africa, where there is massive disease, starvation, poverty, and military dictatorships abound. And they would not be wanted in white or Latino nations.

When I find a city/town that is predominately black,AND LOW CRIME,maybe I’ll pay attention to this nonsense.

The U of M is a taxpayer funded institution. Where are the taxpayers? Some people at U of M need to be fired immediately.

I a just world, the DoJ Civil Rights Division would be down there filing charges and the government would be withholding federal money, including student loans for their racism.
Oh I get that. I’m saying I would have never enrolled in any school with such a requirement and I would have transferred had they attempted to impost it on me.
I’m in the middle of helping my daughter select a college right now. She has the opportunity to go most anywhere, including Ivy League schools. We are looking closely at these kinds of things. I don’t think she has to go to a university where I would agree with everything she’s taught and I trust her to be discerning and remain true to her Christian values. That said, I don’t want her to feel like she is under siege for four years either.

Well, that’s practically what college has become now. The only difference that I can see is Soviet / Communist re-education camps and college is that people here are dumb enough to actually pay to for it.
Mandatory nonsense courses? A college I would never pay money to attend...........

And the way things are going, a decent college today may go to Heck in the next four years (see mizzou, etc.).
With high costs, and progressive brainwashing, I am looking to a source of education in valuable skills, maybe to be obtained outside of mainstream ‘college’.
Granddaughter is 6. Things will change A LOT in her case, if we even get there.
They teach them how to talk jive?
Money better spent maybe to help her start her own business where she would learn more and avoid brainwashing. There is no way to count on immunity to brainwashing.
