Mike Allen is reporting a new CBS poll has Cruz surging to the top of the race in Iowa as Ben Carson collapses a full 8 points!! Here are the numbers: CBS News Battleground Tracker: Carson down 8 points from last month in Iowa … Iowa caucus-goers (margin of error, 6.2): Trump 30%, Cruz 21%, Carson 19%, Rubio 11%, Bush 5%, Fiorina 4% … N.H. GOP primary voters (margin of error, 6.3): Trump 32%, Rubio 13%, Carson/Cruz 10%, Kasich 8%, Bush/Fiorina/Paul 6%, Christie 5%.

Ben Carson seems to be experiencing a yuge drop in support, as a new Fox News poll has him dropping as well. You can read that here.

In that poll, Cruz also made some gains while still being tied with Rubio at third place – are we seeing the beginning of a surge for the Crazybird Cuban Canuck?!?! Stay tuned!!!

Crazybird Cuban Canuck

Sounds like something John Mccain came up with, but why would Right Scoop repeat it?

When people actually listen to Carson, they don’t like what they hear.

Many of us had him pegged months ago or even a year ago when he/his pac was running ads.

If Trump wins Iowa, he will run the tables in the other states.

Why is Jindal in that lineup? He struck his colors and left days ago.

****************

The poll was already in progress, November 15-19, 2015 when Jindal made his announcement on Nov. 17.
Thus my guess is they left his info in to the completion. Otherwise I have no idea
but CBS may could answer your question.

Curious numbers, considering that the Media declared Kasich the winner of the first debate, Fiorina the winner of the second debate, and Rubio the winner of the third debate.

Makes sense. I thought the lag time on such polls was shorter. Jindal votes will most likely go to Cruz and Carson.

Would the bottom ten please leave now? Or those polling 5% and below? Let the real battle begin!

Cruz is force. He’s got the intellect, experience, political knowledge and communication ability. Slow and steady, he will roll over everything in his path.

I think it’s more a case of Carson’s mouth outing him as a RINO.

But that’s just me.

“I also think Trump has punted on Iowa”

Trump admitted he thinks Iowa voters are stupid. Watch out, Donald, Cruz is coming for you!

I will be glad to finally see Carson moving out of the race.

The future of any opposition party can not be meek.

Thanks to trumps “stabbing pathology” speech, Christians abandon Carson and move to Cruz.

Thanks for the info. It seemed odd that Right Scoop would promote the Cruz surge and at the same time call him a stupid name. Now I get it.

They continue to bury the lead. Trump GAINED and utterly crushed Carson after Carson was #1 in two IA polls. Looking at the ABC and CBS polls this morning, Trump INCREASED his lead in one by 3, to 32, unchanged in the other and both Trump and Cruz beat Hillary (Trump by 5, Ted by 4).

2015-11-05 : Free Republic's Patton@Bastogne's Bold Political Predictions

(1) Yeb Bush will make a good political campaign decision "intelligently" REFUSE to exit the 2016 GOP Presidential Race until he is DEFEATED in the 2016 March 15 Florida Primary. Yeb Bush's political "ace in the hole" is the hopelessly corrupt Florida Republican Party ... the ones who redistricted the great Allen West out-of-office.

(2) Meanwhile ... Dr. Ben Carson will be polling "single digits" by Christmas 2015 ... at which point he'll endorse (suprise, surprise) Yeb Bush ...

(3) Marco "Amnesty" Rubio (lavishly funded by Yeb Bush's former donors) ... will place FOURTH in Iowa (abandoned by the Tea Party Evangelical Christians for being a greedy bad-faced liar) and FOURTH in the Florida Primary (in a "blood-sport" death-match with Yeb Bush)

4) Ted Cruz SHOCKS the "Washington Establishment Cartel" with a three-percent Florida victory over Donald Trump ...

===================================

On November 5, 2015 ... it was revealed that Dr. Ben Carson supports Transgendered Bathrooms (political suicide for his Evangelical Christian base) ...

... and Dr. Ben Carson has "lied" about the names of guys he supposedly beat-up in high school

... which, when combined with the "ridiculous" Pyramid Theory statements, is beginning to make Herman Cain (2012) and John Edwards (2008) look like Einstein and Gen. George Patton Jr.

===================================

"Anything" can happen in a "New York Minute" in American politics.

Just ask Machiavelli, Abraham Lincoln, JFK, Bobby Kennedy, Vince Foster, Gary Hart, Buddy Holly, U.S. Senators Hale Boggs, Ted Stevens, and Paul Wellstone, Herman Cain ...

and Napoleon at Waterloo (who was winning the battle, and Wellington admitting DEFEAT, as late as 5:00 PM in the afternoon).

===================================

Ninety-eight (98) GOP Convention delegates are at stake in Florida's "mas mucho rigged" state Presidential Primary (Winner take All).

That makes it more convenient for Yeb's GOPe Chamber of Commerce Political Whores (aka the Florida Republican Party) to hand Yeb 98 convention delegates on a silver platter.

Yeb Bush has absolutely NOTHING to lose by staying in the presidential race (anything can happen).

Is it a longshot ? Absolutely.

Has Karl Rove already planned for this scenario ? Absolutely.

Will Dr. Ben Carson endorse Yeb Bush when the good doctor is "finished" ? Absolutely.

As a romantic interest once told me ... "It's All About the Money" ... perfectly applicable to Yeb Bush, Ben Carson, and Karl Rove.
