The University of Michigan has added a three-year diversity requirement to its Ross School of Business undergraduate curriculum that, among other things, will teach their students how race, gender and sexual orientation “connect to larger systems of power, privilege and oppression.â€
The classes, which include “Identity 101†and “Entering into, Engaging with and Exiting Communities across Differenceâ€, are mandatory for graduation and emphasize “identity, diversity and experience,†said Lynn Wooten, associate dean for undergraduate programs.

The three-year program takes place over the sophomore, junior and senior years, focusing on “identity, diversity, and organizations,†in each respective year. The program is in its first year and only has the sophomore requirement in progress.
“Identity 101†explores how race, gender and sexual orientation “connect to larger systems of power, privilege and oppression,†the course description states. “CQ Assessment Workshop†is on cultural intelligence with a focus on “the skills and capabilities needed to succeed internationally and in multicultural situations.â€

“Diversity,” as promoted by the Liberals, does not exist in the real world. Diversity only exists through force. If a future President would end “Affirmative Action” through executive action (Thanks, Obama, for showing us the way!), life would go back to normal.

The schools of engineering, Physics, and Math will be the latest ones to require diversity training.
Thank God I got my MBA in 2000 from George Washington. I thought our law course was a bit on the liberal side and I even had a judge as the professor, but this is nothing close to what I went through.

This will backfire. Students compelled to take courses in which they do not believe will not react well to the subject matter.
there is no diversity among the rich and elite...they stick to themselves and would never be around we rabble nor let their children mingle with the plain folk...
It’s called the Dark Ages for good reason.
And they expect students to pay through the nose for this nonsense. All of these schools are committing academic suicide.
