PAUL RYAN TELLS SEAN HANNITY HE WILL NOT SUPPORT ANY CUTS TO MUSLIM IMMIGRATION
Breitbart Big Government ^ | November 19, 2015 | Julia Hahn

Posted on 11/19/2015 7:23:03 AM PST by House Atreides

House Speaker Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI)58% is ruling out making any cuts to Muslim immigration.

In an interview with Sean Hannity on Fox News, Ryan declared that considering an applicant's religion would not be "appropriate" and would be fundamentally un-American---insisting "that's not who we are."

...

Ryan said, in part, that the reason the program could not simply be canceled is because, "We're a compassionate country. The refugees laws are important laws and we don't want terrorists to dictate how we run--whether we have a law or not."

While throughout the interview Ryan seemed to ground his argument on the premise that we cannot apply a religious test as a basis for admissions to the United States, both Rush Limbaugh and Andrew McCarthy have explained how U.S. law does, in fact, require a religious test when it comes to making considerations about visa issuances.

To those here who kept talking up Ryan, may they choke in their own bile. We said years ago that Ryan was a class A traitor. Now people are “surprised”

He’s better for the COC. Before Ryan’s election, people on FR were saying, “Now when conservatives pitch a fit the left will say, ‘See, they got a conservative speaker and are still whining. They’re just against everything.’”

So Obama calls the GOP a bunch of wusses for being afraid of orphans. Ryan backs him up. Next step, the media furthers that narrative: thanks to our ‘conservative’ reps who voted for Boner 2.0.

Forget it. Without massive demonstrations, disobedience, and/or violence, we are not going to get the government we want. They are entrenched, they like what’s happening, and control the entire process. They can’t be removed peacefully.

Parroting Obama almost to the word. Why would a GOP leader go out of his way to say he does not support cutting Muslim immigration? Unreal

Yep! so sad,too bad. After standing his ground that above all else, his ‘family’ came first and he wished to spend his time with them....to see his family blown apart by extreme radical islam terrorists, would be karma indeed. The mealy mouth pisser, what a bow-boy to ValJars puppet.

What if Nazism is a religion? Should we turn America into a Bhudist country? Have we no say in who we accept and why? These people are asshats.

You mean this?
(42) The term “refugee” means (A) any person who is outside any country of such person’s nationality or, in the case of a person having no nationality, is outside any country in which such person last habitually resided, and who is unable or unwilling to return to, and is unable or unwilling to avail himself or herself of the protection of, that country because of persecution or a well-founded fear of persecution on account of race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion, or (B) in such special circumstances as the President after appropriate consultation (as defined in section 1157(e) of this title) may specify, any person who is within the country of such person’s nationality or, in the case of a person having no nationality, within the country in which such person is habitually residing, and who is persecuted or who has a well-founded fear of persecution on account of race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion. The term “refugee” does not include any person who ordered, incited, assisted, or otherwise participated in the persecution of any person on account of race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion. For purposes of determinations under this chapter, a person who has been forced to abort a pregnancy or to undergo involuntary sterilization, or who has been persecuted for failure or refusal to undergo such a procedure or for other resistance to a coercive population control program, shall be deemed to have been persecuted on account of political opinion, and a person who has a well founded fear that he or she will be forced to undergo such a procedure or subject to persecution for such failure, refusal, or resistance shall be deemed to have a well founded fear of persecution on account of political opinion.

I certainly see religion mentioned several times. Though it doesn’t mean a litmus test solely based on religion needs to be applied, there certainly can be and is one if that is the claim being made by the applicant (that they are fleeing because of religious persecution).

Also, look at all the Coptic Christians being denied who are legitimately making that exact claim.

Then, you also have this is the reference title 1157:
(f) Training
(1) The Attorney General, in consultation with the Secretary of State, shall provide all United States officials adjudicating refugee cases under this section with the same training as that provided to officers adjudicating asylum cases under section 1158 of this title.
(2) Such training shall include country-specific conditions, instruction on the internationally recognized right to freedom of religion, instruction on methods of religious persecution practiced in foreign countries, and applicable distinctions within a country between the nature of and treatment of various religious practices and believers.

Regardless, a litmus test is being applied by Obama regarding Copts. He is a liar, a hypocrite and a general DB with regard to his statements towards anyone who disagrees with him.

It’s probably been mentioned already, but somebody already mentioned that refugee legislation practically mandates religion as a test for refugee status.

Ryan has mot disappointed us. He’s as bad as Boehner.

This is an atrocious breach of public trust by Paul Ryan.

The GOP establishment in the U.S. House is running a very sick contest for the title of member who betrays the most former supporters on an issue of life and death importance. Marco Rubio is the current title holder in the U.S. Senate for his leadership in the Gang of Eight amnesty plot.

We knew that Paul Ryan is an evil plant of Soros and the Open Borders sodomites. (Evil vile people who will willingly destroy the Minds and bodies of our children with the neo-Marxist/Freudian Common Core).

They know they have ALL the strings of power-—all three branches and can’t be put in prison where they belong-— and they are going in for the kill. They control the Supreme Court now, with their satanic irrational, arbitrary ethics (which will create chaos) being forced into our so-called “Justice” system. Total Transformation into a Vice System.

We are just dumb sheeple to them-— to have our communities destroyed-—chaos injected into EVERY corner of “civil” society to destroy what Tocqueville stated was necessary for Freedom (local control and free associations).

In other words——community organizations will be destroyed-—their finances taxed, so charity and unity is destroyed and chaos and hate will proceed. The government uses taxpayer money to deliberately destroy small towns-—force them to accept people with 3rd world ignorant mindsets of dependency, who will destroy the unity of the town, tax all the resources and collapse it... since worldview is essential for unity, and charity is universal only with the Christian worldview.

Ryan is for total destruction of Virtue in communities. Without Virtue, there is no possibility of Freedom and he KNOWS it. He is vile.

There’s only ONE THING you have to ask yourself about federal activity or policy: IS IT CONSTITUTIONAL?

The Constitution provides power to Congress to specifically REPEL INVASIONS (Art I, Sec 8, Cl 15). It is their constitutional duty to do so and the primary reason the federal government was formed by the states via the Constitution. Failure to do so should be an impeachable offense.

There is NO constitutional mandate for the feds to be “compassionate.” More often than not, acts of federal “compassion” are unconstitutional acts which by definition are acts of tyranny. This refusal to stop the invasion of this clear and present danger is an unconstitutional federal act of tyranny.

NOBODY NEEDS COMPASSIONATE TYRANNY!!!!

I have had misgivings about Ryan from the day he became the chosen one. His setting a backstage scenario as to his demands for the speakers position should have been a warning the guy is not an upfront person and neither can he be taken as an unfettered politician. Both his parents are big time local lawyers. He knew how to avoid military service from the git go by going to a second level law school and having babies. The guy is a phony as far as US citizens getting first consideration.
