French Prime Minister Manuel Valls told parliament that risk of non-conventional weapons exists.
France could face the risk of chemical or bacterial warfare in its fight against Islamist militants, French Prime Minister Manuel Valls said on Thursday.
"We must not rule anything out. I say it with all the precautions needed. But we know and bear in mind that there is also a risk of chemical or bacteriological weapons," Valls told parliament.
"The macabre imagination of the masterminds is limitless," he said in a speech in the lower house of parliament meant to gain approval for an extension of the state of emergency.

And just wait until they get their hands on some nation’s nukes.
If they use chemical weapons they very well might get some other nation’s nuclear weapon. Just not the way they’d prefer to get them.
They need to quit calling them masterminds. As Trump said, call them savages or something demeaning. It doesn’t take a mastermind to plan attacks against defenseless people.

Nonsense. Everyone knows the muslim world is absolutely free of WMD, which is why the Evil Americans should never have gone in there in the first place. Right, France?
The fact is, the terrorist don't need or should even desire to acquire WMD’s.
The coordination, planning, and infrastructure and financing required to get the needed materials, assemble them safely, and distribute them where needed and use them successfully is fraught with potential pitfalls for them.
BUT... sending 1,000’s of fighters out disguised as refugees with instructions to acquire a gun when they get where they are going and walk into the first large gathering of any kind and start shooting people is easy.
Good thing the evil Americans removed the tons of uranium from Iraq. Dirty bombs would make paris glow even brighter.
A dirty chemical bomb is simple to make. You can find all the ingredients at your local grocery store.

Please enlighten me as to why they wouldn’t considering something the size of baby food jar could hold enough anthrax spores to contaminate every major city in the US several times over.
It would take only one jihadi to contaminate multiple cities because it would take days before the contamination was even detected.
The fewer people involved, less planning, less expenses, less coordination in a planned attack the more likely it is to succeed.
Well, France should show some restraint and not deal with Muslims so cruelly. They keep inciting the poor Muslims and that is why there is violence.
Nothing else made sense. Islam was never going to attack America successfully any other way, and thus functions as the perfect Russian foil. It's Biopreparat all over again.
