Donald Trump suggested Monday that U.S. counterterrorism officials should shut down certain mosques in response to the horrific terrorist attacks in Paris last week.
“I would hate to do it but it’s something you’re going to have to strongly consider,†the 2016 Republican frontrunner said on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe†when asked if he would recommend taking the measure.
“Some of the absolute hatred is coming from those areas,†he said.

If what you say is true, then I finally can articulate a difference between the Democratic Caucus and the Republican Caucus: The majority of the Dem Caucus favours the violent overthrow of the constitutional order, while the majority of the Pub Caucus favours using non-violent methods as an alternative.

I don’t much care for amending the Constitution to ban Islam. I believe that just out and out saying Islam is as much of a threat to the US because of being a proponent of a different kind of government than our Constitution should be enough to put It’s adherents into prison for being seditionists.
The outrage is pouring out of the social media meme generators. First Trump suggests deporting illegals (which automatically being him hating immigrants, because, well, that’s the liberal bent on the topic...), now closing the houses of recruitment for terrorists? OUTRAGEOUS!
(and yep, already started replying how KKK churches were closed down and sued for the injuries caused by their members - what is so different about this?)
Islam is a death cult with a bloody 1,400-year track record that masquerades as a religion. All mosques should be torn down, all practitioners should be deported.

The problem with that being that it was not shut down, and American Episcopalians had begun separating themselves from the Church of England before the Constitution was ratified. So as a precedent for how to deal with Islam it falls far short.
Let’s get something straight here. Look up Islam - IT IS NOT A RELIGION. People still calling that theocracy a religion are only giving cover to them. A mosque is little more then a terrorist training center. There are no Islamist that can assimilate in this country, their Koran is diametrically opposed to our Constitution.
