I hope they didn’t bomb a bunch of empty tents and the like.

ISIS has shown that they are quite mobile. There’s also a ready-made supply of volunteers to step up. Short of a total and sustained bombardment of much of the country, don’t expect ISIS to go away any time soon.

Means NOTHING, they’ve learned NOTHING, this will accomplish NOTHING. Start rounding up the rats in your own country and ship them back to their crapville country of origin. Then we will know you are serious.

Ten jets and 20 bombs doesn’t sound like a lot to me. Correct me if I am wrong.

Ten jets and 20 bombs every hour, on the hour, for a couple of months would be a good start to the effort to annihilate this menace.

Just why were Training & Command Centers and Ammo dumps still standing long before Friday night? I really have my doubts about what is or is not going on over there. This is all on Odunga, Clinton and Lurch.

As I said, I don’t always agree with his views, but he’s got contacts around the world and I listen to him with interest.

He’ll respond with nukes if they ruin his favorite golf course! /sarcasm

“why were Training & Command Centers and Ammo dumps still standing long before Friday night?”

For the same reason that Obama ran to tell Erdogan in Turkey what the French plans were - he was covering for them.

Anyhow, with the Russians, and now the French hunting ISIS scalps, it looks to me like they (Obama anyway) may be writing off the Syrian part of the “Caliphate”. Perhaps they will rename themselves, to hide as an Iraqi internal dispute for a while.

A newly trained brigade of 3-5K Arabs are heading into Syria from Erbil, flying the KDP Kurdish flag. Looks like they are being sent to YPG Kurds just North of Raqaa, to support an offensive there - the Kurds don’t want to be seen as invading a historically Arab enclave, like they are trying to take it from the Arabs.

Raqaa seems to have been bumped up on the to do list.

So they’ll perform air strikes to a bunch of Muslims 1,000 miles away but not resist the jihadists within their own borders?

Quite a few people have already offered their opinions. Here is one more:

The generals in command of the French Air Force cannot singlehandedly reject demands of the EU bureaucrats, or to start deportations. But they can order bombing raids without asking for a permission slip from Merkel or even Hollande (if someone in the EU cares what he thinks.) The military command does what they can.

Perhaps you are right..but then again, I obviously missed Cruz’s strong language condemning Jughead’s decision, in spite of Paris, to go ahead and bring 10,000 Syrian refugees to our shores and disperse them among the populace. Yes, I’m sure I missed it..do you have the link?

Cruz was the first to state that no “refugees” should leave Syria, but should remain there to fight for their country.

He has pledged to reverse the importation.

That would actually be doing ISIS a favor, they have vowed to blow up Mecca.

"If Allah wills, we will kill those who worship stones in Mecca and destroy the Kaaba. People go to Mecca to touch the stones, not for Allah." - ISIS member

Sometimes I wonder why I bother..but here goes..Cruz is a politician..period. He says what he has to say to get elected, and then ..more of the same. Politicians of every stripe is why we are slipping into the abyss. We need a strong non-politician to try to save what we affectionately refer to as America. Ronald Reagan was an actor, not a professional politician, and loved America as we do. Additionally, By any stretch, Cruz is not constitutionally qualified to be President, (except here on FR) anymore than Buckwheat is. I hope Trump succeeds, and rids our nation of the plague that is engulfing it..soon.
