How can you eliminate the IRS with a flat INCOME tax? Someone will still have to decide which groups are tax exempt. Someone will still have to monitor your income. Tax cheating is still possible, so it too must be policed. This leaves the IRS with the same ability to politicize the process, the same motivation to spy on citizens.

As long as there is an INCOME tax, the problems of exemptions remain. As long as there is an income tax, politicians will be free to add/remove exemptions, deductions, & make special rules for “special” people.

Imagine the freedom that would bloom if there was no income tax. Preachers would again be free to speak their minds on matter of community importance from the pulpit. Political groups would be free to form & function as they please. Individuals & businesses would be free from massive government oversight & the expense of compliance. The giant hook of big government would be removed from individuals & businesses.

Abolish the income tax & replace it with a sales tax, preferably the Fair Tax. With a sales tax, the payer is anonymous. There are no exemptions. Tax collection is far simpler being collected from retailers, & already done in most states.

The NEA is not for the students, it is for the teacher’s wages and benefits. Gov’t employees were not always allowed to unionize and it really is not a good idea. I worked for a PEU for years and they are the taxpayer’s worst enemy.

Yes, two of my grandkids are getting educated in public school in CA. When my grandson was in second grade he started reciting the hatred he had for greedy corporations that he learned in school. My granddaughter’s jaw dropped last summer when I said ‘illegal aliens’.

The lib media will never look a substance of a Cruz proposal and that is life as it is in America and we cannot whine about it.

Cruz’s 5 Plan is the best offered by ANY candidate. Trump’s 4 page tax plan fails in comparison.

I don’t understand how some people on this forum can slam the candidates the way they do.

Trumps plan is more the same if you ask me. He seems to be pandering to the left too much on this issue. I hear nothing from him about getting rid of the IRS.

Cruz is by far the only one that has a plan that will unleash our economy and break the chains of slavery that is the PROGRESSIVE/MARXIST INCOME TAX!

EPA is a prime example of mission creep and bureaucratic empire building in Federale bureaucracies. It provides employment to 13,000 useless eaters so is hard to kill. It is a glorified jobs propgrams for greenies, libs and affirmative babies craving any Federale job they can get.

That it is a jobs program makes it hard to kill but lets get real. The it is MISSION ACCOMPLISHED at the EPA and that in a corpoartaion they would be let go to find other employemant.

The EPA reached the point a few years ago where it is a counter productive and a jobs killer for the private sector. They issue new mindless regulations on CO2, diesel fuel and a lot more just to make it appears they are doing useful things. It is a scam and a racket

EPA is so evil that it collaborates with greenie NGOs and urges them to sue in just the right places so that the EPA can cave in on the lawsuit and issue more restrictive regulations. A charade in other words.

I have zero respect for anyone working there. They are all parasites.

That thing is a liberal troll who spits like a vampire doused in holy water when Cruz threads get posted.

He’s probably making good use of his drool rag as I type.

What I don’t understand is how folks can say that Rubio is hands-down the best debater in the group. Seems he’s full of sound-bites and would really get blown away by Cruz in a knock-down-drag-out-debate.

The media is transitioning to a new amnesty-loving RINO and it is Rubio.
