The latest Economist/YouGov poll indicates Jeb Bush may have fallen out of the Republican top tier
As the Republican candidates for President get ready for their next debate tonight, the potential 2016 GOP voters continue to express their support for non-traditional candidates. Businessman Donald Trump and retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson maintain their lead in the latest Economist/YouGov Poll as the top choices of registered voters who identify as Republicans.
Carson pulls even with Trump when Republican voters name their second choice: just about four in ten say each man is their first or second choice.

I don’t understand why even 3% are still supporting him.
I certainly don’t understand how 8% are supporting him as a second choice. Second choice to who? Rubio?
The incredible vanishing candidate: swirl, swirl, flush.
Jeb! Isn’t dead, he’s just restin! Bwahahahaha, what an idiot! The unhappy Dead turdle ...
I’m wondering what jaw-dropping thing Yeb will say or do tonight.
He’s like a debutante waving a cigarette around with an inch-long ash.
Everyone watches and waits for it to fall. It’s not whether, but when.
(I’m going with: “I picked my nose once and it bleeded.”)
Stand tall, Yeb!
Go Yeb! Go!
No worries! Jebster is in it for the very very long haul hahaha.
There are only four that should be in the debate tonight and that’s Trump, Cruz, Carson and Rubio.
If you aren’t in or close to double digits by now, it’s not going to happen and you are wasting everybody’s time.
No No No..... strategery says let all RINO’s stay in and divide the RINO voters.
:-)
3%
Do I hear the GOPE dollaros heading to Rubio?
Yep.
The RINO establishment’s Manchurian candidate will be a bit late to the coronation.
I actually think he’s worse than Hillary in at least one important respect. Namely, the number of Republicans-thankfully, diminishing-willing to defend him.
Pretty sure he started in the 20’s, just from name recognition. He’s done nothing but drop despite the money.
Jebbie, go home to mama, you will never be president.
I don’t know. I thought Romney would never be our nominee. The problem is if Bush can get those New England states and western states, he could at least be competitive. It would be horrible but I am not shutting the door on his candidacy yet.
Bye, bye Bush....and be sure to tell your mom that I don’t like her.
Shut the door, no one is forcing you to keep it open.
Don’t give up Jeb!
You’re performing an important job, which is to wake up the vaste somnombulent GOP voter base to the criminal idiocy of the GOPe and their desire to pretend that running another freaking Bush is a good idea.
Once you leave the race the average dimbulb GOP voter will go back to sleep and happily choose from establishment vanilla or chocolate when told to next year.
