We already have a Constitution which is required to protect ALL human life.
Why do these people parse words-—to distort and destroy our Constitution.
We need ALL JUST LAW to promote “public virtue” ALWAYS and ALL Natural Rights apply to ALL Human Life equally—even the weak and sick——including in the womb. Place does NOT matter—but SCIENCE/fact does——(Montesquieu/Justice John Marshall.)
Christian Ethics are the only ethics in line with Natural Law Theory and God’s Laws-—the basis of Rule of Law and our Constitution and Bill of (natural) Rights.
To remove the intent and meaning of the very words in our Constitution is unconstitutional and IRRATIONAL (all Just Law is Right Reason) ...makes all unjust laws are “null and void” and we have a DUTY to disobey ALL unjust laws.
That means ALL LAWS that promote unequal situations—loop holes/stealing from producers (welfare) -—like progressive taxes/ -—whatever -—or vile irrational use of the human body (sodomy) has to be declared “null and void” NOW. Central control of health care/schools UNCONSTITUTIONAL NOW. We need to allow FREEDOM in choosing schools and doctors NOW. Government certification (censorship)-—GONE.
Our Constitution is incompatible with Stalin’s Constitution and Satanism and other “worldview” of slavery. Vice creates Slaves only-—we in Western Cvil have known that simple fact since the Greek Masters, and it was reiterated by St. Augustine and all Christians for centuries.
No killing babies—ever. No promotion or elevating irrational vile behaviors of sodomy to our children— NEVER. There is no Rights to lie and pervert the Truth (”...laws of nature and nature’s God) EVER-—it is the basis of ur Justice (virtue) System.
Trying to remove Christianity from US Justice is impossible since it was the only worldview learned and understood and embraced by all the Founders who all memorized the Bible growing up. They used the Bible for all oaths and being in court-—and you were not allowed to be a “judge” if you were an atheist (had an irrational worldview where there could be no Natural Rights from God).

IMO the first huge major victory that will hurt America for decades was Roe v Wade, which in my opinion was absolutely unconstitutional simple because all life is to be protected.
Now quiet abortions have graduated to “in your face” baby butchering.
Had the lily livered RINO’s of that era stood up and impeach the justices and reversed that decision and put the left in their place we may not be where we are at today.
