LEE'S SUMMIT, MO. -- Two teenagers have been arrested in the stabbing death of a 43-year-old Missouri woman, reports CBS affiliate KCTV.
The body of Tanya L. Chamberlain was discovered after police tried to stop the driver of a vehicle around 1:15 a.m. Sunday for suspicion of driving while intoxicated, according to the station. The car was pulled into a nearby parking lot and two suspects allegedly fled, apparently leaving the body behind.
After a short foot pursuit, an officer discovered the victim in the passenger seat and investigators determined that Chamberlain had been murdered.
Officers would later conduct a search of the surrounding areas using K-9 teams. On Tuesday, investigators released surveillance video of the two teenage suspects, leading to their quick apprehensions.

LEE’S SUMMIT, MO (KCTV) -
Officials said Friday that two Lee’s Summit boys blame each other for fatally stabbing a woman with a pocket knife.
A hearing was held Friday afternoon in juvenile court. A 13-year-old and 14-year-old are accused of killing 43-year-old Tanya Chamberlain early Sunday.
They are charged with first-degree murder and other charges in juvenile court. Neither boy showed any emotion while in court.
It could take up to two months to determine whether they should be tried as adults.

Other articles I’ve read said this woman was a nurse and had Multiple Sclerosis as a youngster.
They look older than 13 or 14 to me.
Other articles indicate they cannot receive the death penalty. Max of life imprison.
One of the mothers said “my son did not anticipate the murder”.
IT DOES NOT MATTER, woman - he’s an accessory.
You wonder what kind of culture is creating this madness?

The FBI UCR homicides Table 6 is the only federal crime stats I can find for the years following 2008 that still has the "race of offender" with the "race of victim". The Dept. of Justice was turned into the Obama-Holder Dept. of Just Us. As far as I can find, the "race of offender" with the "race of victim" are no longer available together except for FBI UCR homicides Table 6. Here is 2014.
The last Criminal victimization in the United States with interracial crimes stats was for 2008. See: Table 42.Percent distribution of single-offender victimizations, based on race of victims, by type of crime and perceived race of offender. After 2008 nothing except the aforementioned FBI Table 6. The NCVS is a survey and not police reports.. it used to cover interracial crimes of all sort except of course homicides.
