On Friday, a new media report scrutinized two more stories from the neurosurgeon-turned-politician.
Last month, Carson detailed how he protected his white high school classmates the day after Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.âs 1968 assassination. Violent race riots ravaged Detroitâs Southwestern High, which enrolled more black students than white students.
Carson, a junior lab assistant with a key to the schoolâs biology workroom, shepherded his frightened friends to the lab to shield them from the violence, he told the Wall Street Journal.
he newspaper spoke with a half dozen of Carsonâs classmates and his high school physics teacher: Not one remembered his heroic hideaway.
âIt may have happened, but I didnât see it myself or hear about it,â Gregory Vartanian, who served in the junior ROTC with Carson, told the Wall Street Journal Friday.

And let’s not forget the Grain Pyramid’s.
I always wondered what those Pyramids were for.
BINGO! Never thought I’d see the day on FR with people widely coopted and manipulated by the vicious, nasty, lying and conniving anti-Black Conservative US drivebys media. !!
anytime now Jimmy Stewart will come along looking for that rabbit.
When do the means justify the ends? We accept that when fighting Hitler or Stalin it was OK to lie, steal, kill. The end of defeating evil allowed it.
We currently have 12 great candidates for president (and a few who aren’t great). But suppose I’m convinced that only my candidate can save our country and freedom. Are lies that advance my candidate then justified?
What if it isn’t a real lie, but just a mis-direction that causes people to think the irrelevant is relevant?
What are the rules of political engagement?
“But Carsonâs photo never ran in the student newspaper, according to the archives. Yale did not offer a class called âPerceptions 301â while Carson was enrolled, sources told the Wall Street Journal Friday.”
It’s looking more and more like Carson contracted a case of “Brian Williams Syndrome” before we even had a name for this disease.
That is how it is done these days. Giving the media even more power. Gives a whole new meaning to “unringing a bell”.
Scary stuff, imho.
So why support this man ????
He has funded by secretive PACS !
Who is really in charge ? It's Not Carson ,he has zero experience in political fund raising !
So why do peddle this guy outside trying to help the RNC and DC establishment get rid of Trump !,
Why support this strange man who supports all the DC fat cat Uniparty agenda ???
Tell us or stop trashing Trump appears to be your real agenda .
Enlighten us all on Carson !
Not one of his claims has been proven to be a lie. The Left Wing media asks a handful of acquaintances to corroborate stories from nearly 50 years ago and none can confirm or refute them and they are deemed “lies”.
Same as any other area of Life.
Fact, accuracy and intellectual honesty. The tactics used here are illegitimate. They way you keep them from being used AGAINST you, is refuse to accept their legitimacy when they are used by your side.
Cannot use smear tactics then go crying about them being used against you. The only way to beat these tactics is to de-legitmize them. That merely makes one an absurd hypocrite.
We did not defeat the Nazis by becoming Nazis.
a) Trump was using the Politico hitpiece against Carson after it was debunked.
b) Trump is an associate and operative of the Clinton Crime Family working to get Hillary elected POTUS.
“Not one of his claims has been proven to be a lie.”
Carson wrote that his Perceptions 301 professor took the class of 150 students that their final exams papers has âinadvertently burnedâ and they would all need to take a new, harder test. All of Carsonâs classmates walked out while he stayed behind, he claimed.
âThe professor came toward me. With her was a photographer for the Yale Daily News who paused and snapped my picture,â Carson wrote. ââA hoax,â the teacher said. âWe wanted to see who was the most honest student in the class.ââ
“Yale did not offer a class called âPerceptions 301â while Carson was enrolled, sources told the Wall Street Journal Friday.”
Uh, that’s a verified lie.
The term you’re looking for is “Swiftboated”.
Couldn’t he have remembered the class number incorrectly?
Expect a lot more of this kind of crap from the radical left media attacking Repub candidates they are worried about. They do nothing positive for America at all -â just damage, so characteristic of the Democrats and their anti-American minions.

Take a look at the Carson threads from yesterday. We had FReepers essentially taking the Politico’s side in attacking Carson. It didn’t matter to some FReepers that the Politico lied through their rotten teeth about Carson’s past!
The Leftist media plays us like fools time and time again. Say what you want about Dems...at least they protect their own; not so with we conservatives, we throw our guys out like yesterdays garbage!
We are partly responsible for the Liberal media being as successful as they’ve been!
Your so full of crap you can’t even move....go peddle your wares to someone that might believe you or be interested in your trash, I certainly don’t!!!
“Couldnât he have remembered the class number incorrectly?”
Misremembering was Brian Williams’ primary defense. However, we’ll have to wait and hear what Carson has to say about it. (It also may be more than just the class number though, there may have been no class by that name at all while Carson was at Yale.)
Verified where. The media?
I wouldn't be able to remember the exact numbers of all the courses I took in school.
Knowing which hundred they were in is about as good as I could manage.
“Verified where. The media?”
I tell you what. If you think the Wall Street Journal is lying, why don’t you do the research yourself and get back to us as to whether Yale offered a class called “Perceptions 301” when Carson attended there and get back to us.
In the mean time, enjoy mindlessly and uncritically supporting whomever you wish.
