It's a comedy bit and it's funny, but it still irritated me. We have so many pretend intellectual, vapid lying scumbags in this country. Then we import some more.

I'm not a Trump fan, but its obvious how many people are assigned their opinion about everything from the media they watch.
No doubt they were actors.
Probably dimocrats.
I think it was a mix. Some of the people having positive reviews of the debate they did not see. I think he is well liked overall.
Jimmy Kimmel threw a temper tantrum a few weeks ago because Trump cancelled an appearance at the last minute.
Kimmel knows Trump is ratings gold, and was angry.
So this is how the genius lashes back.
Kimmel: a member of the 1% who thinks fascism from the Democrat party won’t ever touch him. Ha.
He wasn’t making fun of Trump. He was making fun of the people who believe anything they are told by the media.
That's the way I saw it too. People see a TV camera and a microphone and they will say anything for their 5 seconds of "fame" on TV.
They are asked questions about a debate that hadn't even taken place yet, that they couldn't have possibly watched and just go along acting as if they'd seen it and even some of the ridiculous suggestions about Trump doing back flips or building a literal wall on the stage because they don't want to appear "uninformed", but actually prove how much they are and how easily mislead and gullible and desperate they are to get their face on camera.

And did you see his public attack on the dentist who killed that lion in Zimbabwe? Completely uncalled for....and I bet now that Zimbabwe has said they have NO INTEREST in punishing the guy that Jimmy Kimmel hasn’t ripped THEM on his show.
Kimmel once was not PC and was funny....then he went “network” and began his transition to a bleeding heart lib.
