Brit Hume attacks Ted Cruz at the end of the debate

Ugh. Brit Hume couldn't wait to pounce on Ted Cruz at the end of the debate when he was talking about how he has fought for the American people: Brit Hume doesn't get it. It's not always about winning. I mean that would be awesome, yeah? It's about standing up for conservative principles and fighting for this country as it is barreling towards economic catastrophe.

Also, how else would we know what Cruz stands for if he hasn't stood? That's also the part that those like Hume don't get. These Republicans have given so much to Obama, including his Iran deal, that we don't even know what they stand for anymore.

Can you really tell me that you think John Boehner is serious about repealing Obamacare? But you know who is serious about it? Ted Cruz. And we know that because of what he did in 2013.

It's not rocket science.

Hume has turned into a massive turd. His Twitter idiocy is just ridiculous. He used to be such a fair-minded thinker. He needs to go away. Fast.

Never mentions the number of fights he won.

So?

Ask Ted how many court cases he has won when it was just him facing the Supreme Court.

I watched Hannity interview Cruz and Trump. Realized BOR’s show was post debate. He played Rubio video blasting press. Only thing he said about Trump was he was most conservative as usual. That is when I turned BOR off.
FNC really has it out for Cruz. Not watching FNC for a while reinforced how much they are doing gopee’s dirty work.

I used to like him. I’ve been surprised at a few things he’s said in the last 6 months or so.

For the record, I heard an ad today, Cruz won a freedom of religion case in front of the Supreme Court. A cross on a mountain type of deal, I didn’t hear it really well; something like this. Maybe that memorial in So-Cal.

Cruz was on Hannity and Cruz talked about getting Sean, Rush and Levine to moderate a debate. In that, I thought Cruz did well. I guess, I had a different impression and missed what you point out.

Well, Cruz did win the TPA fight. I’m sure the one-page op add he pinned for the nyt promoting TPA was a huge success.

Most of the people on Fox I thought said Cruz did well. He should get a good bump out of this debate.

Churchill: We shall go on to the end, we shall fight in France, we shall fight on the seas and oceans, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our Island, whatever the cost may be, we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender, and even if, which I do not for a moment believe, this Island or a large part of it were subjugated and starving, then our Empire beyond the seas, armed and guarded by the British Fleet, would carry on the struggle, until, in God's good time, the New World, with all its power and might, steps forth to the rescue and the liberation of the old.

Hume: Never mentions the number of fights he won. The answer is none.

I think Hume is GOPe to the bone. He and George Will and Krauthammer suffer from the Pauline Kael syndrome.

Brits main argument is that Cruz hasn’t won anything...in the minds of these statists a win is a compromise with the Democrats giving them whatever they want and getting nothing in return...thats not winning..thats surrendering.

Brit Hume is a surrendering cuckservative Dinosaur. Brit GET THE F LOST...we need men not geldings to save this country from idiots like yourself.

I remember sticking up for Hume back when George W was running. My husband saw Brit and said, “who is that dud?” I said he was the adult on Fox News. Guess my husband was right.

The reason Cruz isn't winning many fights is because he is not only fighting leftist democrats, he's fighting leftist republicans too.

When everyone in DC wants your head on a stick, you are on the right side of the war. Cruz getting elected would be like turning a coyote loose in a chicken coop. Man, I'd love to see all those feathers flying...

Hume can go fall off a cliff.

I would suppose that they all could shell out the money for such a debate, but, only one moderator-Mark Levin, or JD Hayworth. Problem is with JD, he likes to talk.

The funny thing is, I believe that Newsmax would air it.
