It may be back to the kiddie table for Fiorina, new poll shows candidate has seen major decline in support.
Carly Fiorina could be headed back to the kiddie table.
The recently resurgent 2016 Republican candidate may have peaked, a slew of polls released Tuesday showed.
Fiorina, who had benefitted from a strong performance at last months second GOP primary debate, has seen the biggest decline in support since the event, the polls found.
In a CNN/ORC poll released Tuesday, the former tech executive came in a tie for seventh place, getting the support of only 4% of registered Republican voters nationwide.
The low reading marks a loss of 11 percentage points since the last CNN/ORC poll, taken right after the debate, in which she registered 15% support.

I’m re-assured in the collective wisdom of the likely GOP primary voter. The woman is as phony as an HP Touchpad.

Great Idea. That may be her plan anyway due to her free notoriety through the debates, and she will wave a campaign chest if she doesn't spend it all.

It was never real. She was a creation of the media who thought she might detract from Trump.
But she didn't. So her time is up.

Fiorina never really had any support. It was all manufactured by the drive-by media.
Once the LIV's started hearing the truth about her, she took a nose-dive.

If Carly has to return to the
‘lower eschelon’ debate, one has to wonder what she will do or attempt to do to propel herself off of the creaky Carousel of Loser Candidates status? Will she openly and viciously insult The Donald, knowing he will respond in kind, thus putting her back in the news cycle? Will she fall on her ‘pink sword’, and claim that she is a victim of sexism. or her ‘gray sword’, that she is a victim of ageism?
I can imagine Rick Santorum (who gets ZERO serious attention from anybody) trying to express sympathy and collegiality, saying: “I know how it feels being caught in the single digits, Carly will respond icily, “I don’t know what the hell you’re talking about Rick, I don’t belong here. I’m not a loser like you. Anyone could see that!! “
