You may have seen this video going around the Internet. If you haven’t, be warned: It’s a pretty vicious video of a 12-year-old girl beating up another little girl, dragging her around by her hair and kicking and punching her as the victim offers absolutely no resistance and does not fight back at all.
(In other words, it’s pretty hard to watch, because innately, you wish like hell the whole time that the victim would fight back and beat the crap out of this bully.)

The video has been viewed over 8 million times in the past few days.
Well, unlike many of these videos where you see it and wish you hadn’t because then you have to wonder days later whether or not the aggressor will ever be held responsible for his or her actions, at least in this case there is some justice.
The 12-year-old bully involved has been arrested and the authorities are taking this one a lot more serious than a mere case of bullying. She has been charged with felony assault on school property. Her first court appearance will be on Friday, Oct. 16, where the video of the assault viewed by so many will surely make a stellar impression on the judge.
The other kids who stood around laughing and filming are currently under investigation at their respective schools as well. The girl’s father is trying to claim that the video “doesn’t tell the whole story” of what happened before filming began, but come on.
If this little girl thinks she’s going to be able to trot around acting like this in juvenile detention, she can think again. Just wait until someone bigger, stronger, and tougher does fight back…

The victim’s sister wrote an email or Facebook post expressing heartfelt thanks for all who have been so kind to her sister.
Said the victim was taken to the emergency room and returned to school after missing a day.
She said the school folks, the kids couldn’t have been nicer or more supportive.
Where did you find that information? I went to the website and didn’t see it.
So no one is talking about a hate crime? No 24/7 hype on the news?

Whoa. Conservatives are NOT repeat NOT responsible for handing their children over to the government school system as little human sacrifices to “make the government schools better.”
Schools are service providers. Hard stop. If they provide crappy service, they should not get customers.

She can get up to 5 years in a correctional facility, not sure how that works out for a juvenile.
Refuse to watch the vid as it would ruin a beautiful day.
I hope the judge levies the MAXIMUM plus sentence on the girl!
And, if the girl’s parents are found to have encouraged this aggressiveness towards weaker children in ANY way, they should be in for a large dose of REAL punishment too. I suggest the borrow a Saudi flogger!

There are counties and even whole states where ( if conservatives removed their kids) the government school system would completely IMPLODE!
Government schools need 2 things to remain open:
1) Kids and the tax money that comes with them.
2) Taxpayer ( voter) support.
Starve the beast of both.

Abortion promotes unmarried, uncommitted and imprudent sex. It damages families and hardens the hearts of mothers and fathers. It wounds the children who know their mother killed a sibling.
Social pathologies have gotten worse since abortion was legalized, not better.
For a while I volunteered with a crisis pregnancy center. We worked with some very dysfunctional women who had abortion, birth, abortion, birth. I don’t think abortion really reduces the numbers of the underclass.
Now I am pro-eugenics - I’m for making long term contraception available for free, and paying the welfare class for not having babies rather than having babies.
Even though long term contraception may sometimes prevent the implantation of a fertilized egg and I would never use it myself or want my daughters too. But it does not harden the heart the way abortion does. Bad laws for bad circumstances.
Actually it was a combination of home and religious, separately and both together. The private and parochial schools are happy to have homeschool kids participate in their bands and sports teams. Some of them don’t have enough kids to have bands and sports teams otherwise.

The mom certainly had a choice where to send her child. When moving, it’s more important to check out the schools before looking at houses. While that won’t guarantee their child’s safety, it will improve the percentages. The father tried to get custody and take her to Texas. This sort of beat down rarely happens outside the cities in Texas.
