Putin uses that weakness and exploits it and people in the US who seems to support him out of some comparison envy with the likes of Obama the appeaser in chief. None of this will end well, and what you are watching will be a dark, perhaps unavoidable future.

What kind of patrols are you referring to?
Air caps, in our territorial waters, or international, because I know of no patrols in international waters unless they are part of a war simulation.
In any case, a international flight under peace time does not carry anything but conventional weapons.
Me too, and I do not trust Putin on any level in any way. He is a global thug looking to enslave all of Europe but is an honest broker compared to Obama. The truth is they deserve each other. Putin is a gulag commandant. Obama is a prissy, petulant queer.

Let me try to sort you out on this.
US policy is to keep anything having to do with Nuclear armaments highly classified.
If their were to be, let’s say.....a incident that we armed up for as a result and the incident was ended peacefully, we would never know it happened.
If that incident involved Putin during his time at the helm of Russia, and he decided to break that classification and talk about it, this would be his business and would be done to hurt the US because from Russia’s point of view and mine, we are long term enemies and will go to war at some point.
Obama is a weak foe...very weak and as such is very, very dangerous.
Everything Russia is doing today is to expand their sphere of influence and make themselves less dependent and resistant to anything the West does in response to his actions.
Putin’s media tour and his home grown media personae is all about growing the business. (at the west’s expense)
It’s just a matter of time before the fragile teapot shatters.

I don't trust either one of them. I see Putin's actions as laying the ground work for WWIII.
I can provide you links to any publicly known overflight of nuclear weapons for both us and the Russians.
But I cannot provide you links of policies that are not public nor overflights that are not reported.
However I do know what our policies are because these are alluded to in what little public info we have. In fact the accidental run from Minot AFB to Barksdale with a Nuke tipped cruise missile allowed me a glimpse of policies..in the AF.
Knowing this, I can extrapolate that we just don’t fly nukes willy-nilly about the planet.
Anyone with a tiny modicum of common sense would know this.
As far as doing it secretively, I can assure you that we know if they have them on the Bear Bombers, and they know if we have them on our B-52s..

OK no link. According to your last paragraph then, Putin’s assertion may well be correct.
I did not deny that.
I said the poster was correct that we did not fly them as a matter of policy.
I have done everything I can do to make that clear to you.
As a matter of policy we do not fly nukes...unless there is a reason to do so. And I know of no incident that required it, however Putin may well know of one.
If he does, you can bet that it was done to control a situation that was about to go out of control due to Putin’s continued aggressive nature..
