Both can be counted on to be predictable. Putin is going to do what he sees as being in Russia's best interests. Obama is going to do what he sees as NOT being in America's best interest. Usually, they will be on the same page.

Exactly. He is EVIL, but at least he is transparently evil. We know his public statements, and most of his moves are straightforward and "honest".
Should ISIS be killed, like pootypoot thinks? Or should it be funded/allowed to grow out of control like the big eared Kenyan POS thinks? You and I would side with putin, but at least we understand he is using this opportunity to take Syria, and other countries and establish a permanent presence there, which is BAD for the free world. And you and I understand that his "god" stuff as of late is a way to whip up support in his own country and NOT heartfelt. He wants to roll across Western Europe, and hewill let the mooselimbs weaken them first, before pushing into the continent.
Too many of us here buy the religiosity in his actions and statements, and think it is real. He needs to be stopped or "putin" his place.
Russia does however have a man leading them that looks out for their interests. Perhaps we will have that in the United States once again.

It's evident that Putin has read his Solzhenitsyn and taken it to heart. He believes in that combination of autocracy and the Russian Orthodox church.
