Prayers needed for JustAmy. Hospitalized with appendicitis. [142, 178, 190,209, 215, 223, 230, 249]

Just received a call from her husband. Amy is in the hospital with appendicitis. He says she had been in pain for a couple days, then it got real bad last night so they called 911. Apparently it had burst. She's had surgery and is in the ICU now. He says she's doing better tonight and they might move her tomorrow.
Prayers on the way.

Thanks, Jim, for posting this prayer request for Amy. I was just about to do the same. PrissyMissy sent me a facebook message late last night when I was on Amtrak coming back from the Bay Area to tell me about Amy and ask if I would post a prayer thread for her Grandma. She seemed quite worried and upset, naturally, as she said, the paramedics came and took her away, "like a thief in the night", while PrissyMissy was asleep.
Prayers for our friend, Amy, and for her family. She is loved dearly and special to so many of us.

Amy, my appendix burst when I was fifteen. It sucks but the recovery is fairly rapid.
