It seems to me a more direct and sensible solution would be to simply carpet-bomb east LA, southeast San Diego, south-side Chicago, east St. Louis, etc.: all the other human zoos.

I had a sociology prof (what a shock) in college who stated that the Crips and Bloods had better answers to violence in LA than the LA political leaders. He never stated how.

But this is how lib/leftists think. They actually believe the people committing the violence have the best answers to stop it.
