The man poised to be the next House speaker said Monday that the U.S. needs to assume a more aggressive posture around the world, saying the key to foreign policy is making it “painful” for countries to misbehave.
Rep. Kevin McCarthy backed calls for a U.S.-enforced no-fly zone over Syria, saying it would boost the fight against the Islamic State rebels and also curtail the Syrian regime’s ability to strike its own citizens.

If some forces don't end ISIS in Syria and northern Iraq and make at least a portion of that country safe for people who want to live peacefully there, most of European civilization is over in a few years.

Yesterday, the Russian military ordered the US military out of Syrian airspace... so it appears that it is a Russian-enforced no-fly zone, dear sir. We can thank our Commander in Chief for making us weak enough that we can no longer enforce such things.
