Fox News Legal Analyst Predicts FBI Will Recommend Hillary Clinton be Indicted for National Security Crimes

Speaking to potential legal action, Napolitano added:
“I think that the FBI will recommend to the Justice Department that she be indicted.”
IJ spoke to Tom Fitton, President of the conservative watchdog organization Judicial Watch, who said that while he couldn’t speak to the charges of perjury:
“There’s no doubt [Clinton’s] statement was not accurate.”
At some point, it will be up to the judge to decide if Clinton perjured herself, or if her alleged lack of knowledge precludes her from such a charge.

Obama obviously has the goods on the Clintons and their various criminal enterprises and brushes with honesty and the law.
And the Clintons no doubt have enough on Obama's bogus biography, shady personal history, and brushes with criminality back in his Chicago days to cause problems for him.

If the Clintons had something on Obama, he wouldn’t be president. The new book out on Hillary claims that she asked him to call off the dogs and he said that he could not and would not interfere.

I agree with the Clintons don’t have anything on Obama but Obama will not indict because of fear of blow back on there administration. the fact that there is only a recovered list of e-mails leads to a problem for Obama. any e- mails used in evidence will lead to a court order on the recipient end for there e-mail of correspondence with Hillary and any e- mails dealing with the issues being talked about. this could lead to indictments of other democrats for sending top-secret info over a unsecured server. any investigation of the Clintons has a potential of hitting a lot of democrats, President Obama cant stand the Clintons but he and his advisers know that they cant allow any of this to hit a court room. the only reason anything is happening with the FBI is that Obbama does not want Hillary to be the Democratic nomination.
