Hidden Camera: Hillary Campaign Using Photos of Trump to Illegally Register Voters
A person, in order to register voters, has to be appointed by the county clerk or county election administrator. Once registered, the person is given registration forms and informed who can register and who cannot.
Once the forms are returned to the clerk/administrator, the form is checked to see if that person actually could register as a voter - whether the address of the applicant is a real address (a PO box won’t do), and whether the person is a citizen of this country. I don’t know how Nevada determines this, but I do know how Texas does it.
A county clerk in Texas cannot put a voter name on the county master list just because they have a form from a person. The info. about this person goes to the Secretary of State, elections division, and the name is checked using Texas records of this person to determine if the person is a citizen of the US, plus checking the other info. on that form to determine if it meets the qualifications for a voter - whether the information is valid on the form. Only then, if the person passes that review, does the county clerk get permission to put that name on the county voter list.
So, this person in the video is having people fill out a form, but that doesn’t mean the person will pass the qualification “test” at the county clerk’s/administrator’s office and state review (if Nevada does this) to become a qualified voter.
Yes, the man doing this is violating laws in the manner he is doing this and he should be stopped, not allowed to do this.
Any person can go to the web site of their Secretary of State, elections division, and find their state laws that spell out how the state qualifies a person to become a voter.
Many people don’t realize there are state laws that spell out in detail how their elections work. One can even buy a book of their state election laws.
I taught the Texas Elections Law book across the state of Texas to County Chairmen and election judges and clerks. That book is ingrained in my brain now. :o)
Glad they got them and have filed a lawsuit against the Hillary campaign.
