The Muslim clock kid who was arrested in Texas after making a timepiece that was mistaken for a bomb was treated like a celebrity during a visit to City Hall on Monday.
In New York! So awesome!!! Texas science whiz Ahmed Mohamed, 14, tweeted this week as his family visited the Big Apple.
Ahmed received a proclamation from Public Advocate Letitia James, who called him a role model and let him sit in her chair in the council chambers.
Ahmed also met Mayor Bill de Blasio, who he said told him, Keep doing what youre doing.

...Comptroller Scott Stringer presented him with a framed commendation.
All students should engage w/ science and technology Ahmed Mohamed is a role model for all NYers, Stringer tweeted afterward.
Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams was also enthusiastic.
Im thrilled to welcome @ItsAhmedMohamed & his love of #science to NYC, Adams tweeted after meeting the teen outside City Hall.
Ill buy one of his clocks!
In mid-September, Mohameds home-rigged digital clock a tangle of wires and electronic components fitted inside a metal pencil box so unnerved officials at his school that police arrested him and he was temporarily suspended...

Ten bucks says he gets into MIT and is in Syria within a week of graduation.
I wonder if someone made and exact copy of this kids “Clock”
Then left it out unattended on the steps outside of New York City Hall during this kid’s reception
What would the reaction be?
You know they call the bomb squad...
They we have to ...they have to be sure it was safe... the big hypocrites
It’s to show us how biased we are, just before o’s millions of towelheads reach our shores.
Hahaha that’s a great idea! And you are so right!
Confirmed with TSA agents that if a person came to an airport with that “clock”, they would be detained, definitively miss their flight, bomb squad would be called, and they would be looking at a fine and some jail or prison time.
So I ask all leftists why was the school wrong?
Like Bill Nye the Science Guy. Ahmed didn't invent phony science whizzery either.
Keep doing what youre doing.
maybe that's how to protesters this BS
Everybody start making exact copies of this clock and start mailing them to all sorts of government officials and see what happens
I’m thinking this Clockmed is an Obama Clone
And the proof of this is our current drunken poser-in-chief. We knew he was a fraud; a fake; a phony; but here he is anyway.
“Im thinking this Clockmed is an Obama Clone”

Hey, his father needs to get Bill Ayers to ghost-write the kid’s autobiography (after which the Muzzie child genius will be awarded the Nobel Prize for literature) and buy him a couple of teleprompters...and he’s on his way.
The teacher’s reaction would have been just the same if a white kid had brought something like this into the classroom. Actually, it would have been worse.
Mohammed got away with it only because he had already caused several problems but the other teachers to whom he showed this (he brought it into several of his earlier classes) were afraid of getting into trouble if they stopped him. His father is a Somali Muslim activist who turns up every time his disturbed child gets into trouble and claims “Islamophobia.”
Change Ahmed’s name to Ryan and the kid’s in juvvie and no hero.
I bet DeBlasio would feel different if they found Ahmed’s clock at HIS kid’s school.
Capitalist!
By the way, I wish to invest in your company.
so how long until he kills some American as an ISIS soldier ???
That belongs on every thread on this subject.
I actually think many elite of New York on 9/11 secretly thought we deserved it and it served us right.
____________
A liberal relative from St. Paul, MN told me exactly that.
A libertarian (sic) relative told me Bush overreacted.
Nothing secret about it. Both were angry anything at all was done about it or that anyone had a different reaction.
Ward Churchill thought that we deserved it.
