Putin: 'Do You Realize What You Have Done?'
CNBC via Yahoo News ^ | 9/28/15 | Everett Rosenfeld

Posted on 09/28/2015 6:22:03 PM PDT by marshmallow

Russian President Vladimir Putin told the U.N. on Monday that those who supported democratic revolutions in the Middle East are to blame for the rise of a globally ambitious Islamic State.

"Instead of the triumph of democracy and progress, we got violence, poverty and social disaster — and nobody cares a bit about human rights, including the right to life," Putin said through a translator. "I cannot help asking those who have forced that situation: Do you realize what you have done?"

The Russian president added that the power vacuum following these revolutions led to the rise of terrorist groups in the region — including the Islamic State group.

He told the United Nations General Assembly it would be an "enormous mistake" not to cooperate with the Syrian government to combat the extremist group.

"No one but President (Bashar) Assad's armed forces and Kurdish militia are truly fighting the Islamic State and other terrorist organizations in Syria," he said.

In an earlier speech at the U.N. , President Barack Obama said it would be a mistake to think that Syria could be stable under Assad.

When Assad is secured and ISIS is defeated, expect Russia to start looking South.

This is how Gog and Magog begin.

Does anyone really believe Obama is an adequate CinC for the USA?

Putin is the leader of Russia, not the former USSR.
The USSR does not exist today.

The USA will not exist tomorrow, if Obama continues his insane anti-USA agenda.

I'm not sure how many decades it will take for the world to return to the possibility of potential peace, but I am certain it will take several, if WIII can even be avoided at this point.

Obama has outdone Carter!

This makes me sick .....

Putin and Obama clash over Syria as Russia calls for 'anti-Hitler' type alliance against Isil

Last 2 paragraphs:

Earlier, Mr Obama had conceded that the US’s previous insistence that Iran, Syria’s principal regional backer, should have no part in peace talks was a mistake. “The United States is prepared to work with any nation, including Russia and Iran, to resolve the conflict,” he said.

He also indicated that he remained unwilling to try to restore order in Syria using America’s military might – citing his own army’s failures in Iraq.

Putin's right.

I just imagine myself as a kid 30+ years ago, and someone telling me that the Russian President is the one seeking stability in the volatile mideast, that the Russian President is the non-ideological and practical one, that he is the one committed to fighting the crazy radicals, he is the one doing something to protect Christians from persecution, and is the one who is acting against a duplicitous, politically motivated and muddled US President who has made things much, much worse for the USA and its allies.

I would have told that person they were nuts.

Obama knows EXACTLY what he’s doing in supporting the rise of Islamic terrorist movements and regimes.

No. With this I vehemently disagree. Obama is a idiot. He is a poser. He is an ignorant, lazy, mouthy, third world mind put in charge of a powerful nation because the media (who pretty much steer elections nowadays) wanted him as their chocolate Orgasm inducer.

He's stupid. He's so stupid we can't even find out what his grades are from Harvard or Columbia.

You know for an absolute fact that this arrogant prick could not wait to rub them in our faces if they were any good. We can therefore rest assured that they are horrible, probably the worst Harvard has ever seen.

If Obama were white, he would be a janitor, or ditch digger. He's really a first class imbecile with all the characteristics of a fool, but with an ego so big he can't grasp how much of an idiot he is.

He can talk jive. He's a natural con man, but don't mistake that for anything useful or knowledgeable about running a country.

Obama isn't smart, he's a clueless prick more akin to bumbling Inspector Clouseau than he is to Albert Einstein.

No, he's an idiot. He's no smarter than a monkey wrench tossed into a set of gears. He can't help but destroy things because he's a fool.

He's no saint. But, the hatred of Putin is being stirred up by someone. I honestly don't know who. But, it's organized and evil.

Whom do you trust? Would you send your child to war because the EU, neocons, and Obama administration want to get tough in Ukraine?

Putin has identified the problem clearly but I don’t see him as the solution or Obama-McCain and the elite business-banker run Uniparty of the USA.

I heard El Rushbo discussing today how GOP leadership was just as eager to get rid of sanctions on Iran as they trashed Obama’s deal with Iran (Senator Corker said he wanted a ‘better deal’ earlier this year).

Its because big money (like Boeing) wants to do business with the Iranian regime and they’ve bought the GOP to end the sanctions so that can happen.

Putin stinks and so do our own leaders here in the USA.

We have Republican candidates for President who support the Islamic State.

Rubio, Kasich, and Lindsey Graham support beheadings, stonings, and the killing of Christians.

These idiots want to install the Islamic State in Syria, by using American power to defeat Assad.
